Abstract
Description
2K2CO3+4NO+3O2 <−> 4KNO3+2CO2
NOx貯蔵材料を再生するために、酸素が取り除かれ、及び/又は水素又は一酸化炭素又は炭化水素が、供給口に添加されてもよく、K2CO3を再生する。平衡はまた温度の関数である。従って、NOx貯蔵材料は、例えば、NOx貯蔵材料を還元剤と共に加熱又は接触することにより、再生されてもよい。更に、NOx貯蔵材料が、より高温に加熱される際、再生がより速く起こる可能性がある。センサーに関して上記で示されるように、センサーは、望ましくはヒーターを備え、加熱によってそのような再生を可能にする。従って、NOx充填があるレベルに達し、及びその材料が、もはや直線的に応答しない際、NOx貯蔵材料は、再生される可能性がある。次に、電気特性値は、線形応答領域に戻り、且つ、NOx貯蔵材料は再び使用されてもよい。
Claims (21)
- NOx貯蔵材料であって、
担体と、及び、前記担体上に含浸されたカリウム塩とを備えてなり、
前記担体上に含浸されたカリウムが、白金族金属と共に促進されてなり、且つ、
前記NOx貯蔵材料が、前記NOx貯蔵材料にNOx充填量に基づき変化する電気特性を有してなる、NOx貯蔵材料。 - 前記白金族金属が、パラジウム、白金、イリジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、及びオスミウムからなる群から選択されてなる、請求項1に記載された、NOx貯蔵材料。
- 前記白金族金属が白金である、請求項2に記載された、NOx貯蔵材料。
- 前記担体が、アルミナ、シリカ、チタニア、ジルコニア、セリア、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されてなる、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載された、NOx貯蔵材料。
- 前記担体が、ランタンで安定化されたアルミナである、請求項4に記載された、NOx貯蔵材料。
- 前記カリウム塩が、マンガンで促進されたカリウム塩である、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載された、NOx貯蔵材料。
- 前記マンガンで促進されたカリウム塩が、過マンガン酸カリウムである、請求項6に記載された、NOx貯蔵材料。
- 前記電気特性が、インピーダンスである、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載された、NOx貯蔵材料。
- 直接のNOx測定の装置であって、
請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載されたNOx貯蔵材料と、及び、
前記電気特性に応答して応答シグナルを付与する前記NOx貯蔵材料で被覆されたセンサーとを備えてなる、直接のNOx測定の装置。 - 前記NOx貯蔵材料が、NOx充填に対するインピーダンスの直線的な応答を生じてなり、且つ、
NOx充填が維持される際、インピーダンスの持続応答を生じてなる、請求項9に記載された、直接のNOx測定の装置。 - センサー用途であり、かつ、乾燥及び焼成することにより、NOxを貯蔵するための、組成物であって、
前記組成物が、担体と、カリウム塩と、及び白金族金属の塩の水性混合物とを備えてなり、
前記組成物が、乾燥及び焼成することにより、前記乾燥された組成物のNOx充填の量に基づいて変化する電気特性を有してなるものである、組成物。 - 前記白金族金属の塩が白金塩である、請求項11に記載された、組成物。
- 前記白金塩が硝酸白金である、請求項12に記載された、組成物。
- 前記カリウム塩が、マンガンで促進されたカリウム塩である、請求項11〜13の何れか一項に記載された、組成物。
- 前記マンガンで促進されたカリウム塩が、過マンガン酸カリウムである、請求項14に記載された、組成物。
- 前記担体が、ランタンで安定化されたアルミナである、請求項11〜15の何れか一項に記載された、組成物。
- NOx含有の排ガス中のNOxフラックスを決定する方法であって、
請求項9に記載された装置に、前記NOx含有の排ガスを曝すことと、及び
電気特性に応答するシグナルが第一シグナルであり、
前記第一シグナルを、NOx含有の排ガス中のNOxフラックスを表す第二シグナルに変換することを含んでなる、方法。 - 前記電気特性が、インピーダンス、抵抗、伝導性、及び電気容量からなる群から選択されてなる、請求項17に記載された方法。
- 前記電気特性が、インピーダンスである、請求項18に記載された方法。
- 前記電気インピーダンスが、前記NOx貯蔵材料上の前記NOx充填の量に対して、直線的に応答してなる、請求項19に記載された方法。
- 前記NOx貯蔵材料を加熱することにより、前記NOx貯蔵材料を再生することを含んでなる、請求項17〜20の何れか一項に記載方法。
