Abstract
Description
表1に示す成分を使用して、調製済み基層混合物配合物を調製した。V型ドライブレンダーで乾燥成分を5分間混合し、その後、予め混合しておいた液体成分に加えた。その後、攪拌翼を具備したHobartミキサー中、約60rpmで10〜15分間、全ての材料を混合した。
表IIに示す成分を使用して、乾燥基層混合物配合物を調製する。V型ドライミキサー中で乾燥成分を約5分間混合して、乾燥粉末混合物を生成する。
表IIIに示す成分を使用して、乾燥基層混合物配合物を調製する。V型ドライミキサー中で乾燥成分を約5分間混合して、乾燥粉末混合物を生成する。
表IVに示す成分を使用して、調製済み仕上層混合物配合物を調製した。V型ドライミキサー中で乾燥成分を約5分間混合して乾燥粉末混合物を生成し、その後、予め混合しておいた液体成分に加えた。その後、攪拌翼を具備したHobartミキサー中、約60rpmで10〜15分間、全ての材料を混合した。

Claims (10)
- 基材に塗布される吸音プラスターシステムであって、
前記基材に接着され、第1のバインダー、第1の増粘剤、および複数の第1の粒子を含み、前記第1の粒子が、第1の平均粒径を有する多孔質で軽量な非最密充填粒子である基層混合物と、
前記基層混合物に接着され、粉末状ラテックスバインダー、第2の増粘剤、および複数の第2の粒子を含み、前記第2の粒子が、第2の粒径を有する多孔質で軽量な粒子であり、前記第1の平均粒径が前記第2の平均粒径より大きい仕上層混合物と
を含む吸音プラスターシステム。 - 前記第1の平均粒径が、約1000ミクロン〜約5000ミクロンである請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の平均粒径が、約100ミクロン〜約500ミクロンである請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の平均粒径が、約1000ミクロン〜約5000ミクロンである請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の粒子および前記第2の粒子の一方が、膨張パーライト、コーティング処理膨張パーライト、ガラスマイクロスフィア、樹脂マイクロスフィア、吹きガラスビーズ、ガス充填樹脂スフィア、ポリスチレン粒子、中空または多孔質セラミックビーズ、ポリブタビエン粒子、ゴム粒子、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群の1種を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基層が、さらに吸音ファイバーを含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記仕上層混合物が、さらに水硬性成分を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記仕上層混合物が、さらに水および凝結遅延剤を含む請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記基材に接着し、かつ前記基層が接着されるクッション層をさらに含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 基材に基層混合物を塗布する工程であって、前記基層混合物がバインダー、増粘剤、水、および複数の第1の粒子を含み、前記第1の粒子が、第1の平均粒径を有する多孔質で軽量な非最密充填粒子である工程;
前記基層混合物を固化させて基層を形成する工程;
前記基層に仕上層混合物を塗布する工程であって、前記仕上層混合物が粉末状ラテックスバインダー、増粘剤、水および複数の第2の粒子を含み、前記第2の粒子が、第2の粒径を有する多孔質で軽量な粒子であり、前記第1の平均粒径が前記第2の平均粒径より大きい工程;および
前記仕上層混合物を固化させて仕上層を形成する工程
を含む吸音プラスターシステムの製造方法。
