Description
以下の例は本発明をさらに例示および説明するよう示され、任意の事項に限定するものとして捉えられるべきではない。
押出フィルムに適合可能であるよう製造され重量に対し25%の添加された磁気受容粒子と混合されたポリプロピレン樹脂の混合物が、間に磁気受容層を挟む上層および下層で同時押出された。
第1の層とその次の外側層との間の流れの温度を調整することが重要である。磁性または他の強磁性の媒体の添加が多いため、熱シンクとして作用し、冷却を遅らせる。外側層に粘土または炭酸カルシウムを多く添加すると、実施例ごとの差異を補償する助けとなりうる。同時押出されたウェブは、その後縦および横の双方向へ段階的に方向付けられてもよい。プロセスの目的に応じて、本発明に微小空隙およびキャビテーション技術を適用してもよい。ポリマの好適な溶融点は400°F乃至600°Fである。

- 印刷を除くのに好適な1またはそれ以上の外側層を有する磁性受容コア層を含むことを特徴とする押出フィルム構造。
- 印刷を除くのに好適な1またはそれ以上の外側層を有する磁性受容コア層を含むことを特徴とする同時押出フィルム構造。
- 印刷を除くのに好適な1またはそれ以上の外側層を有する磁性受容コア層を含むことを特徴とするキャストフィルム構造。
- 外側層の不透明度を向上させるために1またはそれ以上の二軸配向された外側層を有する強磁性材料を用いたフィルム。
- 磁石に取り付けるのに好適な強磁性媒体を用いたフィルム。
