Claims (8)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
複数のバッテリーセルアッセンブリと、第一冷却マニホールドと、及び第一複数のポートスクリューとを備えてなり、
前記複数のバッテリーセルアッセンブリが、複数の熱交換器を有してなり、
前記第一冷却マニホールドが、延伸している第一入口開口部と、及び延伸している第一複数の出口開口部とを有してなり、及び
前記第一複数のポートスクリューが、前記第一複数の出口開口部を介して配置され、且つ、前記複数の熱交換器を前記第一冷却マニホールドに流動的及び物理的に結合するよう構成されてなる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 第二冷却マニホールドと、及び第二複数のポートスクリューとを更に備えてなり、
前記第二冷却マニホールドが、延伸している第一複数の入口開口部と、及び延伸している第一出口開口部とを有してなり、
前記第二複数のポートスクリューが、前記第一複数の入口開口部を介して配置され、且つ、前記複数の熱交換器を前記第二冷却マニホールドに流動的及び物理的に結合するよう構成されてなる、請求項1のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第一複数のポートスクリューの各スクリューが、スクリュー部分に結合された頭部、及び、前記頭部及び前記スクリュー部分の両方を通じて延びる開口部を有してなる、請求項1のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第一複数のポートスクリューの各スクリューが、スチールで構成されてなる、請求項1のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第一冷却マニホールドが、プラスチックで構成されてなる、請求項1のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各バッテリーセルアッセンブリが、バッテリーセルを有してなる、請求項1のバッテリーモジュール。
- バッテリーモジュールを冷却する方法であって、
前記バッテリーモジュールが、複数のバッテリーセルアッセンブリと、及び第一冷却マニホールドを有してなり、
前記複数のバッテリーセルアッセンブリが、複数の熱交換器を有してなり、
前記方法が、
前記第一冷却マニホールドの第一入口開口部を通じて、前記第一冷却マニホールドの中に、流体を送り、及び
前記第一冷却マニホールドが、延伸している第一複数の出口開口部を更に有してなるものであり、
前記第一複数の出口開口部を介して配置された第一複数のポートスクリューを通じて、前記バッテリーセルアッセンブリの前記複数の熱交換器に、前記流体を送ることを含んでなり、方法。 - 第二冷却マニホールドの第一複数の入口開口部を介して配置された第二複数のポートスクリューを通る前記複数の熱交換器から、前記第二冷却マニホールドの中に、前記流体を送ること、且つ、
前記第二冷却マニホールドの第一出口を通じて、前記流体を送ることを更に含んでなる、請求項7に記載の方法。
