Claims (16)
- 管路、より詳細には血液チューブシステム又は血液バッグシステムの管路を開放する装置であって、前記管路は該管路の流路を塞ぐ閉塞部材が存在する管であり、該装置は、外側から前記管路に作用する力を加える結果、前記閉塞部材が加圧されて前記管路が開放されるように設計される少なくとも1つの開放器具を有し、
前記開放器具は、前記管路に作用する力が、前記閉塞部材が位置する領域にだけ加えられるか又は少なくとも内部にも加えられるように専ら前記管路が前記開放器具内に導入されることができるような輪郭となっていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記装置は、前記開放器具内への前記管路の一部だけの導入を防止する手段をさらに備え、該手段は好ましくは、前記管路が押圧されて前記開放器具から外れるか又は押圧されて前記開放器具の適正位置に入るように具現されるばね機構を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 管路、より詳細には血液チューブシステム又は血液バッグシステムの管路を開放する装置であって、前記管路は該管路の流路を塞ぐ閉塞部材が存在する管であり、該装置は、外側から前記管路に作用する力を加える結果、前記閉塞部材が加圧されて前記管路が開放されるように設計される少なくとも1つの開放器具を有し、
該装置又は前記開放器具はプロセッサーユニットを有し、該プロセッサーユニットは、或る特定時に、行うべき前記開放器具の作動を指示又は開始し、かつ/又は、前記管路が前記開放器具のその適正位置にある場合にのみ前記作動を開始し、かつ/又は、前記管路の開放手順を監視するように設計されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記装置又は前記開放器具は、該開放器具における前記管路の存在、及び/又は、前記開放器具におけるその位置、及び/又は、前記閉塞部材の前記開放手順の少なくとも1つのパラメーター特性を検知するように設計される少なくとも1つのセンサーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサーは前記プロセッサーユニットに接続されること、及び、前記プロセッサーユニットは、前記管路が前記開放器具における前記適正位置にある場合にのみ前記開放器具の作動を開始するように設計され、前記位置は前記センサーによって検知されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記センサーは前記プロセッサーユニットに接続されること、及び、前記プロセッサーユニットは、前記閉塞部材の前記開放手順を中断し、かつ/又は、前記開放手順が意図する進行から逸脱している場合に、前記装置のユーザーが確認することができる警報を発するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記開放器具がハンドヘルド器具の構成部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 有線接続又は無線接続が、前記装置の前記ハンドヘルド器具と前記プロセッサーユニットとの間に通信リンクを与えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドヘルド器具は、該ハンドヘルド器具のユーザーに前記閉塞部材の前記開放手順が行われるべきことを指示するように設計される手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 請求項1又は2の特徴部に従って設計されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 管路、より詳細には血液チューブシステム又は血液バッグシステムの管路を開放する装置であって、前記管路は該管路の流路を塞ぐ閉塞部材を有し、該装置は、外側から前記管路に作用する力を加える結果、前記閉塞部材が加圧されて前記管路が開放されるように設計される少なくとも1つの開放器具を有し、
前記開放器具は開放部材及びドライブユニットを有し、該開放部材又は該ドライブユニットはガイドに接続され、前記ドライブユニット又は前記開放部材は回転体又は摺動体に接続され、該回転体又は該摺動体は前記ドライブユニットが作動すると前記ガイドに対して回転運動に至り、前記ガイドは、前記回転体又は前記摺動体と該ガイドとの間の相対運動により、前記開放部材の伸張移動又は後退移動をもたらすように設計されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記開放部材はばね付勢され、該ばねは、接続されている前記開放部材又は構成部品に前記伸張移動とは反対に方向付けられる力を加えるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドは、前記管路が加圧されつつ、前記ドライブユニットの一定の又は実質的に一定のトルクが前記開放部材の前記伸張移動に必要とされるように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項の特徴部に従って設計されることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 血液処理器又は血液処理器の構成部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 閉塞部材が存在する管、より詳細には血液チューブシステム又は血液バッグシステムの管を開放するための、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
