Claims (20)
- 真空式廃物容器への洗浄流体の流れを制御するための洗浄弁であって、
洗浄流体主流路と、
前記洗浄流体主流路に交差するポペットアセンブリであって、前記洗浄流体主流路を通る洗浄流体の流れを可能にするためにポペットアセンブリを開放するのを補助するためのポペットチャネルを含むポペットアセンブリと、
電機子が前記ポペットアセンブリに係合して、前記ポペットチャネルを通る洗浄流体の流れを阻止する非活動状態と、ソレノイド電機子が前記ポぺットアセンブリから係合解除されて、前記ポペットチャネルに入る前記洗浄流体が前記ポペットアセンブリを持ち上げることができるようにし、前記洗浄流体が前記洗浄流体主流路を通って流れて前記弁から出ることができるようにする活動状態との間で移動可能なソレノイド電機子を有するソレノイド式の流体制御デバイスと、を備え、
前記電機子が、前記洗浄流体主流路の外部に常に位置される、洗浄弁。 - 前記洗浄流体主流路から分岐し、前記ポペットチャネルに通じる洗浄流体副流路をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記ポペットアセンブリが、ポペット部材および弾性ダイヤフラムをさらに備え、
前記ポペット部材が前記ダイヤフラムのキャビティ内部に配設される、請求項1に記載の洗浄弁。 - 前記ポペット部材が、非活動状態で前記電機子が係合する隆起した内側座部を有する、請求項3に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記流体制御デバイスが、前記電機子を取り囲む圧力管であって、上端部に位置決めされたばねを有する圧力管をさらに備え、前記流体制御デバイスが活動状態に移るときに、前記電機子が前記ばねの力に反して前記管内で摺動する、請求項1に記載の洗浄弁。
- 真空式廃物容器への洗浄流体の流れを制御するための洗浄弁であって、
排気アセンブリ、ソレノイド式の流体制御デバイス、および真空破壊機出口アセンブリを含む弁ブロックと、
洗浄流体を、前記排気アセンブリに、前記排気アセンブリからソレノイド式の流体制御デバイスに、ソレノイド式の流体制御デバイスから真空破壊機出口アセンブリに、さらに前記真空破壊機出口アセンブリから前記廃物容器に送るためのブロック内のチャネルと
を備える、洗浄弁。 - 前記排気アセンブリと前記流体制御デバイスの間のチャネル内に位置決めされたスクリーンをさらに備える、請求項6に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記入口排気アセンブリが第1のスリーブ弁を含み、前記真空破壊機出口アセンブリが第2のスリーブ弁を含む、請求項6に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記第1のスリーブ弁が、第1のスリーブおよび第1のスリーブ支持部材を含み、前記第1のスリーブ支持部材が、前記第1のスリーブを摺動可能に受け入れ、前記第1の支持スリーブ部材が、前記洗浄弁の外部の大気と連絡する排気開口を有する、請求項8に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記第1のスリーブが、上側部分と、下側部分と、前記第1のスリーブの上側部分と下側部分の間の流体の流れを阻止するための区壁とを有する、請求項9に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記第1のスリーブの前記上側部分と前記下側部分がそれぞれ、前記壁を通って延在する開口を有する周壁を含む、請求項10に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記第1のスリーブ弁が、前記洗浄弁が排水された後に開放状態に偏倚され、前記通気口から前記チャネルに周囲空気が流れることができるようにする、請求項9に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記第2のスリーブ弁が、第2のスリーブおよび第2のスリーブ支持部材を含み、前記第2のスリーブ支持部材が、前記第2のスリーブを摺動可能に受け入れ、前記第2の支持スリーブ部材が、前記洗浄弁の外部の大気と連絡する排気開口を有する、請求項9に記載の洗浄弁。
- 真空式廃物容器への洗浄流体の流れを制御するための洗浄弁であって、
洗浄流体を受け入れるための入口を備え、前記入口が、前記入口から入った空気を排気するための排気アセンブリに接続され、前記排気アセンブリが、膨張チャンバと第1のキャビティの間に取り付けられたスリーブ弁を含み、前記スリーブ弁が、前記第1のキャビティ内の洗浄流体が凍結して膨張するときに膨張チャンバ内に移動することによって前記第1のキャビティの体積を増加させるように適合され、さらに、
前記弁から前記廃物容器に洗浄流体を供給するための出口と、
前記入口と前記出口の間の流体連絡を選択的に確立するように適合された流体制御デバイスと、を備える、洗浄弁。 - 前記スリーブ弁が閉止位置に移動して、前記第1のキャビティと前記洗浄弁の外部の大気の間での空気の流体連絡を遮断するときに、前記洗浄弁内の空気が逃げることができるように構成される、請求項14に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記スリーブ弁が前記閉止位置にあることで、洗浄流体が前記第1のキャビティ内に蓄積することができるようになり、前記蓄積された洗浄流体の力が、前記スリーブ弁を閉止位置に保つ、請求項14に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記入口と前記出口の間の洗浄流体主流路と、
前記洗浄流体主流路から分岐し、前記流体制御デバイスに通じる洗浄流体副流路と、をさらに備え、
前記流体制御デバイスが、非活動状態と活動状態の間で移動可能なソレノイド式の電機子を含み、前記電機子が非活動状態にあるときに、前記洗浄流体が前記洗浄流体主流路を通って流れるのを阻止され、前記電機子が活動状態にあるときに、前記洗浄流体が前記洗浄流体主流路を通って流れ、前記電機子が、前記洗浄流体主流路の外部に常に位置される、請求項14に記載の洗浄弁。 - 前記洗浄流体主流路に交差するポペットアセンブリをさらに備え、前記非活動状態の前記電機子が前記ポペットアセンブリに係合する、請求項17に記載の洗浄弁。
- 前記スリーブ弁の一部分を取り囲む膨張チャンバ内に配設されたばねをさらに備え、
前記第1のキャビティ内の前記洗浄流体が凍結して膨張するときに、前記ばねが及ぼす力に反して前記スリーブ弁が移動する、請求項14に記載の洗浄弁。 - 前記スリーブ弁が、第1のスリーブおよび第1のスリーブ支持部材を備え、前記第1のスリーブ支持部材が、前記第1のスリーブを摺動可能に受け入れる、請求項19に記載の洗浄弁。
