Abstract
Description
-この電極はサブミリメートルサイズの開口部を有する導電性材料から作られた1つのマイクロメッシュを含み、そして好ましくはそのマイクロメッシュからなり、そして
-このマイクロメッシュは少なくとも若干導電性の反射防止性コーティングと接触しており、該反射防止性コーティングはそれが接触することが意図された機能性要素の1つに対面しているようなものである。
-溶剤中に分散された安定化されたコロイド粒子の溶液を用いて、基材上にマスク層を堆積させること、
-割れ目の2次元ネットワークが得られるまでマスク層を乾燥させること、
-割れ目の深さの少なくとも一部分が充填されるまで、これらの割れ目の中に、導電性の、特に、金属の、マイクロメッシュ材料を堆積させること、及び、
-接触することが意図された機能性要素の1つに対面している、少なくとも若干導電性の反射防止性コーティングを堆積させること、
の工程を含むことを特徴とする。
Claims (18)
- 基材(2)、特に、ガラス機能を有し、少なくとも可視範囲及び近赤外範囲において透明であり、そして少なくとも可視範囲及び近赤外範囲において透明である導電性電極(4)を支える基材(2)を含むキャリア基材であって、該電極キャリア基材は機能性要素(6)との組み合わせで太陽電池を構成することが意図されている、キャリア基材であって、
-前記電極はサブミリメートルサイズの開口部を有する導電性材料から作られたマイクロメッシュ(4)を含み、そして
-前記マイクロメッシュ(4)は少なくとも若干導電性の反射防止性コーティング(5)と接触しており、該反射防止性コーティング(5)はそれが接触することが意図された機能性要素(6)の1つ(7)に対面していることを特徴とする、キャリア基材。 - 前記マイクロメッシュ(4)は金属又は金属合金、特に、銀又は金を基礎とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記マイクロメッシュ(4)は、少なくとも金属の第一層、及び、一方が該金属の第一層の下にありそしてもう一方が該金属の第一層の上にある、2層の誘電体を基礎とするコーティングを含む薄膜多層スタック、及び、前記金属の第一層のすぐ上にありかつそれと接触している保護金属層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記サブミリメートルサイズの開口部の分布は少なくとも1つの方向で非周期的であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記サブミリメートルサイズの開口部の分布はランダムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記反射防止性コーティング(5)は誘電性材料から作られた少なくとも2層の薄い層を含む多層スタックからなり、前記基材(2)と接触している前記反射防止性コーティング(5)の層の屈折率、及び、前記機能性要素(7)と接触することが意図されている前記反射防止性コーティング(5)の層の屈折率は、それぞれ、前記基材の屈折率及び前記要素の屈折率と近い屈折率であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記反射防止性コーティングの前記多層スタックは少なくとも3層の薄い層からなり、それらの屈折率は交互に高いもの及び低いものとなっていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記基材(2)と接触している反射防止性多層スタックの層はSi、Sn又はZnを基礎とする混合酸化物、窒化物又は酸窒化物を基礎とし、単独で又は混合物として使用され、そして場合により、ドープされており(F、Al又はSbで)、そして機能性多層スタックと接触している層は少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物を基礎とし、特に、TiO2、ZnO、SnO2、SnZnO、ITO、IZGO及びIZOから選ばれ、そして場合により、ドープされている(Nb、Ta、Al、Sb又はFで)ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記基材(2)と接触している前記第一の層は前記基材からのアルカリ金属を止めるためのバリアとして機能することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記基材(2)はその外面上に、反射防止層(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記反射防止性コーティングの層の抵抗率は0.1〜50ミリΩ.cmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材。
- 金属マイクロメッシュ(4)はオーバーブロッカー要素により被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記機能性要素と前記反射防止性要素との間の界面になることが意図された前記反射防止要素の層は、前記機能性要素の材料と仕事関数を適合させるように軽度にドープされているか又はさらにはドープされていないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材。
- 前記層は高度にドープされた透明導電性酸化物(TCO)からなり、好ましくは厚さが5〜10ナノメートルであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のキャリア基材。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材を取り込んだ太陽電池。
- 太陽電池を製造するための、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材の使用。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のキャリア基材の製造方法であって、
-溶剤中に分散された安定化されたコロイド粒子の溶液を用いて、基材(2)上にマスク層を堆積させること、
-割れ目の2次元ネットワークが得られるまで前記マスク層を乾燥させること、
-前記割れ目の深さの少なくとも一部分が充填されるまで、これらの割れ目の中に、導電性の、特に、金属の、マイクロメッシュ材料を堆積させること、及び、
-接触することが意図された機能性要素の1つに対面している、少なくとも若干導電性の反射防止性コーティングを堆積させること、
の工程を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記マスク層が堆積される基材(2)はその外面上に反射防止性コーティング(8)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
