Description
Claims (17)
- フライホイール及び軸を備える高速フライホイールシステムであって、
前記フライホイールは、筐体内のチャンバ内に位置し、
前記チャンバは、シール液を最適レベルだけ含むキャビティを備える少なくとも一つのシールによって真空及び封止され、前記筐体は前記チャンバの外部に位置する少なくとも一つの軸受を備える軸受配置を介して軸に搭載されることを特徴とする、高速フライホイールシステム。 - シール液だめをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのシールのキャビティ内のシール液は、自動的に前記シール液だめから液を補給されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記シール液だめは、大気に開放され、前記シール液だめ内のシール液の圧力が大気圧と同等になるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 第一の開口は、前記少なくとも一つのシールのキャビティの底部近傍に備えられ、第二の開口は前記少なくとも一つのシールのキャビティの上部近傍に備えられ、シール液が前記第一の開口を通じて前記キャビティに供給され、シール液は前記キャビティから前記第二の開口を通じて漏出できるため、前記少なくとも一つのシールのキャビティを通じてシール液を持続的に流すことができることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- フライホイール駆動機構及び前記フライホイール駆動機構のため潤滑システムをさらに備え、前記シール液だめが前記フライホイール駆動機構のための潤滑システムから補給されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのシールのキャビティを通じて流れるシール液は、前記フライホイール軸受を通ることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 真空ポートは、前記チャンバの底部又は前記チャンバの底部近傍に備えられ、前記チャンバの真空排気をし、前記チャンバに漏出したシール液を回収できることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記チャンバに漏出したシール液を回収するように配置されたポンプをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記ポンプによって前記チャンバから回収したシール液は、前記少なくとも一つのシールのキャビティを通り、前記キャビティ内の前記シール液を最適レベルまで補給することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記キャビティ内のシール液が最適レベルまで補給された後、残りの回収したどんなシール液もシール液だめに向かうことを特徴とする、請求項2及び10に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記チャンバから回収したシール液は、前記フライホイール駆動機構の潤滑システムに戻されることを特徴とする、請求項6及び9に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 一組のアンギュラコンタクト軸受が前記フライホイールのウェブの片側の前記軸に備えられたアンギュラ軸受配置と、前記フライホイールのウェブのもう一方の側の前記軸に備えられた第二の軸受配置と、を備え、前記第二の軸受配置は、前記軸受が前記軸に対して軸方向移動可能に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記軸受配置が、片持ち軸受配置を前記フライホイールと前記軸の間に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 一つのシールを有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 前記フライホイールの少なくとも一部は、前記軸と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の高速フライホイールシステム。
- 実質的に上記に記載され、添付の図面を参照することを特徴とする、高速フライホイールシステム。
