Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- タイヤ取り付け型装置であって、
長手方向を定めると共に頂面及び底面を備えた基板を有し、前記基板は、実質的に直線関係をなして配列された複数個の導体端子を有し、
前記基板の前記底面の下に配置された第1の支持要素を有し、
前記基板の前記頂面の上に配置された第2の支持要素を有し、
前記複数個の導体端子は、前記第1の支持要素と前記第2の支持要素との間に位置決めされている、タイヤ取り付け型装置。 - 前記基板は、第1の導電性層と第2の導電性層との間に配置された圧電層を有する圧電形デバイスから成る、請求項1記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記複数個の導体端子は、前記基板の前記長手方向に対して約80°〜約100°をなす線に沿って実質的に直線関係をなして配列され、前記基板の前記長手方向は、前記タイヤの回転方向に実質的に垂直である、請求項1記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記第1の支持要素は、前記第1の支持要素から延びる1対の第1のポスト及び第2のポストから成り、前記第1のポスト及び前記第2のポストは各々、前記基板の前記複数個の導体端子のうちの1つを貫通して延びる、請求項1記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記第1のポスト及び前記第2のポストは各々、前記第2の支持要素を貫通して延びていて、前記第2の支持要素の上方に配置されたプリント回路板に作動的に接続され、前記第1のポスト及び前記第2のポストは各々、前記プリント回路板と前記基板との間の電気的接続部となると共に前記プリント回路板の機械的支持体となっている、請求項4記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記タイヤ取り付け型装置は、前記プリント回路板と前記基板上の前記複数個の導体端子のうちの少なくとも1つとの間の電気的接続部となるよう構成された電気コネクタを有する、請求項4記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記複数個の導体端子は、1対の外側導体端子及び1対の内側導体端子から成り、前記外側導体端子は、前記基板内の第1の圧電形デバイスに作動的に接続され、前記内側導体端子は、前記基板内の第2の圧電形デバイスに作動的に接続されている、請求項1記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記第1の支持要素から前記1対の外側導体端子及び前記第2の支持要素を貫通して延びる1対の第1及び第2のポストを更に有し、該ポストは、プリント回路板と前記外側導体端子との間の電気的接続部となると共に前記プリント回路板の機械的支持体となるよう前記プリント回路板に作動的に接続されている、請求項7記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記タイヤ取り付け型装置は、前記第1の支持要素と前記第2の支持要素と前記複数個の導体端子との間のインターフェイスのところにはんだを有する、請求項5記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記第1のポスト及び前記第2のポストは、前記第1の支持要素と前記第2の支持要素と前記複数個の導体端子との間の前記インターフェイスに圧縮荷重を与える、請求項9記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記第2の支持要素及び前記第1の支持要素は各々、幅を有し、前記第2の支持要素の幅は、前記第1の幅よりも小さい、請求項1記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記第1の支持要素は、メサにより互いに隔てられた第1の表面と第2の表面を備えたエラストマーパッチ内に設けられ、前記エラストマーパッチの前記第2の表面は、前記基板の前記底面にくっつけられている、請求項1記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- 前記第1の支持要素は、丸くなった縁部を有する、請求項12記載のタイヤ取り付け型装置。
- タイヤ取り付け型組立体中の歪を減少させる方法であって、
長手方向を定めると共に頂面及び底面を備えた基板であって、実質的に直線関係をなして配列された複数個の導体端子を有する基板を用意するステップと、
前記第1の支持要素が前記基板の前記複数個の導体端子とオーバーラップするように第1の支持要素を前記基板の前記底面の下に位置決めするステップと、
前記第2の支持要素が前記基板の前記複数個の導体端子とオーバーラップするように第2の支持要素を前記基板の前記頂面の上に位置決めするステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記基板の前記導体端子を前記基板の前記長手方向に対して約80°〜約100°をなす線に沿って位置決めするステップと、
前記基板の前記長手方向が前記タイヤの回転軸線に実質的に垂直に位置合わせされるように前記基板をタイヤ内に取り付けるステップとを有する、請求項14記載の方法。 - 前記基板は、第1の導体層と第2の導体層との間に位置決めされた圧電層を有する圧電形デバイスから成る、請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記第1の支持要素から延びる1対の第1のポストと第2のポストを用意するステップと、
前記第1及び前記第2のポストの各々を前記基板上に配置された前記複数個の導体端子のうちの1つにそれぞれ接続するステップと、
前記プリント回路板が前記第2の支持要素の上方に支持されるようにプリント回路板を前記1対の第1及び第2のポストに固定するステップとを有する、請求項14記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、はんだを前記第1の支持要素と前記第2の支持要素と前記複数個の導体端子との間のインターフェイスのところに設けるステップを有する、請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、圧縮荷重を前記第1の支持要素と前記第2の支持要素と前記複数個の導体端子との間の前記インターフェイスに与えるステップを有する、請求項18記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記プリント回路板と前記第1及び前記第2のポストとの間の前記接続部を締め付けることによって前記圧縮力を与えるステップを有する、請求項19記載の方法。
