Abstract
【解決手段】集電装置付運搬車両であるダンプトラック1は、荷物を積載するベッセル5と、延伸して架線8から電力を受け、縮退して架線8から離隔配置するパンタグラフ7と、パンタグラフ7からの電力と、自走駆動源と、の少なくとも1つにより駆動輪32を回転駆動し、ベッセル5を載置する車両本体3と、パンタグラフ7と架線8との相対位置を検出するパンタグラフ位置検出器91と、パンタグラフ7と架線8とが接続される位置となるように車両本体3の走行方向を制御し、又は、車両本体3の操作すべき方向が認識できる情報を指示する制御装置と、を含む。

Description
前記制御装置は、前記障害物検出器が前記走行路上の障害物を検出した場合には、前記集電装置を縮退させることが好ましい。
図1は、本実施形態に係る集電装置を用いたダンプトラックを示す斜視図である。図2は、図1の集電装置を延神した状態を示す説明図である。図3は、図1の上面図である。ダンプトラック1は、架線あり区間では集電装置により給電された電力によって電動機を駆動して駆動輪を回転駆動する、いわゆるトロリーアシスト方式の集電装置付運搬車両である。
図4は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの自走駆動源の一例を示す説明図である。図4に示したように、車両本体3は、車台30上に、制御装置4と、発電機35と、内燃機関であるエンジン34と、ステアリング36と、モータ33とを含んでいる。そして、発電機35は、エンジン34と接続され、エンジン34の動力により電力を発生する自走駆動源である。
図5は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの制御ブロックの一例を示す説明図である。図6は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの走行路の一例を示す説明図である。図7及び図8は、本実施形態に係るダンプトラックの制御手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。制御装置4は、パンタグラフ位置検出器91と、障害物検出器92と、車両本体位置計測器95と、通信装置93と、モータ33と、ステアリング36と、パンタグラフ制御アクチュエータ74と、に接続されている。制御装置4は、CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央演算装置)とメモリとを含むコンピュータシステムである。制御装置4は、走行路情報生成手段41と、走行制御手段42と、パンタグラフ制御手段43と、通信制御手段44とを含んでいる。
図11は、本実施形態に係る集電装置を用いたダンプトラックを示す側面図である。図12は、図11の集電装置を延神した状態を示す説明図である。ダンプトラック2は、運転台38を車台30に有する有人ダンプトラックである。このため、ダンプトラック2の車両本体3は、有人運搬車両となる。上述したものと同じ部材には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。ダンプトラック2は、例えば鉱山等で使用される。

Claims (5)
- 荷物を積載するベッセルと、
延伸して架線から電力を受け、縮退して前記架線から離隔配置する集電装置と、
前記集電装置からの電力と、自走駆動源と、の少なくとも1つにより駆動輪を回転駆動し、前記ベッセルを載置する車両本体と、
前記集電装置と前記架線との相対位置を検出するパンタグラフ位置検出器と、
前記相対位置が前記集電装置と前記架線とが接続する位置となるように、前記車両本体の走行方向を制御し、又は、前記車両本体の操作すべき方向が認識できる情報を指示する制御装置と、
を含むことを特徴とする集電装置付運搬車両。 - 前記車両本体は、走行路上の障害物を検出する障害物検出器を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記障害物検出器が前記走行路上の障害物を検出した場合には、前記集電装置を縮退させる請求項1に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記集電装置が前記架線から外れたことを前記パンタグラフ位置検出器が検出した場合には、前記集電装置を縮退させる請求項1に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。
- 前記制御装置は、前記車両本体が走行する予定の走行路に前記架線がある場合に、前記パンタグラフ位置検出器が前記集電装置と前記架線との相対位置を認識したら前記集電装置を延伸させて前記架線から電力を受ける請求項2又は3に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。
- 前記車両本体が有人運搬車両であり、前記認識できる情報は表示部に表示される請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の集電装置付運搬車両。
