Abstract
【解決手段】複数の頂部21,・・・を有する折板屋根2に太陽電池モジュール1を取り付けるための取付装置3である。そして、太陽電池モジュールの裏面1aに間隔を置いて略平行に差し渡される複数の連結棒34,34と、それぞれの連結棒の長手方向に間隔を置いて回動又は固定の切替が可能に取り付けられる支持金具32A,32Bと、支持金具の下端に取り付けられる折板屋根の任意の頂部を挟持させる挟持金具31とを備えている。

Claims (6)
- 複数の頂部又は凸部を有する平板状屋根に太陽電池モジュールを取り付けるための取付装置であって、
前記太陽電池モジュールの裏面に間隔を置いて略平行に差し渡される複数の連結棒と、
それぞれの前記連結棒の長手方向に間隔を置いて回動又は固定の切替が可能に取り付けられる支持体と、
前記支持体の下端に取り付けられる前記平板状屋根の任意の頂部又は凸部を挟持させる挟持金具とを備えたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの取付装置。 - 前記支持体の上部には、前記連結棒を挿通させるフランジが設けられており、前記フランジと前記連結棒との間に介在される固定切替具によって回動又は固定の切替がおこなわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付装置。
- 前記固定切替具がネジ、ボルト又はピンであって、前記連結棒に前記固定切替具を装着するための位置決め孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付装置。
- 前記挟持金具は、前記平板状屋根の任意の頂部又は凸部を挟んで配置される一対の挟持部と、一方の挟持部の上縁から上方に延出されるとともに折り返されて他方の挟持部の上縁に繋がる連結部と、その連結部の折り返しの一部を開口した挿込み口とを有し、
前記挿込み口に前記支持体の下端を挿し込んで、前記連結部の対向する2面と前記支持体とを貫通する貫通孔に挿通されたボルト部によって前記連結部の対向する2面を緊結させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付装置。 - 前記挟持部は、前記頂部又は凸部の側面から上面にかけての外形に合わせた形状に成形されており、前記連結部は前記挟持部と一体の板材を二つ折りにして成形されており、前記挿込み口は前記連結部の折り返しの両側縁を除いた部分にスリット状に開口されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付装置。
- それぞれの前記連結棒には、短尺と長尺の長さが異なる2つの前記支持体が取り付けられ、それぞれの連結棒に取り付けられる短尺の支持体と長尺の支持体の長さは等しく、かつ長尺の支持体の取り付け位置は前記太陽電池モジュールの上枠側となることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付装置。
