Abstract
【解決手段】複数の頂部21,・・・を有する折板屋根2に太陽電池モジュール1を取り付けるための取付治具3である。
そして、折板屋根の任意の頂部を挟んで配置される一対の挟持部311,311と、一方の挟持部の上縁から上方に延出されるとともに折り返されて他方の挟持部の上縁に繋がる連結部312と、その連結部の折り返しの一部を開口した挿込み口313と、その挿込み口に下部を挿し込んで太陽電池モジュールを支持させる台座部323を有する支持金具32と、連結部の対向する2面と支持金具とを貫通する貫通孔314,322と、その貫通孔に挿通されて連結部の対向する2面を緊結させるボルト部33とを備えている。

Claims (3)
- 複数の頂部又は凸部を有する平板状屋根に太陽電池モジュールを取り付けるための取付治具であって、
前記平板状屋根の任意の頂部又は凸部を挟んで配置される一対の挟持部と、一方の挟持部の上縁から上方に延出されるとともに折り返されて他方の挟持部の上縁に繋がる連結部と、その連結部の折り返しの一部を開口した挿込み口と、その挿込み口に下部を挿し込んで前記太陽電池モジュールを支持させる台座部を有する支持体と、前記連結部の対向する2面と前記支持体とを貫通する貫通孔と、その貫通孔に挿通されて前記連結部の対向する2面を緊結させるボルト部とを備えたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの取付治具。 - 前記挟持部は、前記頂部又は凸部の側面から上面にかけての外形に合わせた形状に成形されており、前記連結部は前記挟持部と一体の板材を二つ折りにして成形されており、前記挿込み口は前記連結部の折り返しの両側縁を除いた部分にスリット状に開口されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付治具。
- 複数の頂部又は凸部を有する平板状屋根に太陽電池モジュールを傾斜させて取り付ける太陽電池モジュールの取付構造であって、
請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付治具の前記挟持部を、前記傾斜の上部側と下部側に対峙する前記平板状屋根の頂部又は凸部にそれぞれ取り付け、
前記挿込み口には、前記上部側に前記下部側よりも上方への突出長が長い支持体を挿し込み、
前記貫通孔に前記ボルト部を装着して緊結することによって前記挟持部を前記頂部又は凸部に圧着させることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの取付構造。
