Abstract
【解決手段】袋詰電極20の製造装置100は、電極40および一対のセパレータ30を搬送しながら搬送方向の前端51側から重ねる搬送部200と、一対のセパレータの側方縁31同士を接合する第1の接合部300と、一対のセパレータの前方縁32または後方縁33の少なくとも一方の縁同士を接合する第2の接合部400と、を有している。そして、搬送部によって搬送されながら重なる一対のセパレータの側方縁同士を搬送方向の前端側から第1の接合部によって接合する。次いで、搬送部による搬送を停止した状態で一対のセパレータの前方縁また後方縁の少なくとも一方の縁同士を第2の接合部によって接合している。

Claims (10)
- 一対のセパレータの間に電極が挟まれた袋詰電極を製造する製造装置であって、
前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送しながら搬送方向の前端側から重ねる搬送部と、
前記一対のセパレータの縁部のうち前記搬送方向に沿って伸びる側方縁同士を接合する第1の接合部と、
前記一対のセパレータの縁部のうち前記搬送方向に位置する前方縁または後方縁の少なくとも一方の縁同士を接合する第2の接合部と、
前記搬送部、前記第1の接合部、および前記第2の接合部の作動を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記搬送部によって搬送されながら重なる前記一対のセパレータの前記側方縁同士を搬送方向の前端側から前記第1の接合部によって接合し、前記搬送部による搬送を停止した状態で前記一対のセパレータの前方縁また後方縁の少なくとも一方の縁同士を前記第2の接合部によって接合する、袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記搬送部は、重ねられた前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送する複数の下流側搬送部を含み、
前記第2の接合部が、前記下流側搬送部同士の間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記搬送部は、前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれを保持する保持面の幅が前記一対のセパレータの幅よりも狭く、前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれを、前記側方縁のそれぞれが前記保持面を超えてはみ出た状態で搬送する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 前記搬送部は、前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれを保持する一対の円柱回転体を有している、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 一対の前記第1の接合部が、重ねられた前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送する搬送路を挟んで向かい合って設けられている、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 一対の前記第2の接合部が、重ねられた前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送する搬送路を挟んで向かい合って設けられている、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 一対のセパレータの間に電極が挟まれた袋詰電極を製造する製造方法であって、
前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送しながら搬送方向の前端側から重ねつつ、前記一対のセパレータの側方縁同士を搬送方向の前端側から接合して前記電極を袋詰し、
次いで、前記一対のセパレータの搬送を停止した状態で、前記一対のセパレータの前方縁または後方縁の少なくとも一方の縁同士を接合する、袋詰電極の製造方法。 - 重ねられた後の前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送する経路の途中において、前記少なくとも一方の縁同士を接合する、請求項7に記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
- 前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれを、前記側方縁のそれぞれが保持面を超えてはみ出た状態で搬送する、請求項7または請求項8に記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
- 前記一対のセパレータのそれぞれを一対の円柱回転体のそれぞれの表面上に保持して前記電極に向けて搬送する、請求項7〜請求項9の何れか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
