Abstract
【解決手段】長手方向軸10を有するアンカーボルト2の第1の端部区間6に拡張要素3を有するアンカーボルト2と、好ましくは同様にアンカーボルト2に荷重を保持するための少なくとも1つの締付け手段20を備え、さらにアンカーボルト2を囲む拡張スリーブ4をも含む、拡張式アンカー1である。特により下側の許容誤差範囲のドリル孔直径の場合、または、中空の空間の場合に、拡張スリーブ4の軸方向への動きを避けることを目的とする。この目的は、拡張スリーブ4の展開が、アンカーボルト2の、特に回転軸9として長手方向軸10周りの回転動作により達成されるように、拡張式アンカー1に少なくとも1つの偏心形状体を備えることにより達成される。

Claims (15)
- 長手方向の軸(10)をもつアンカーボルト(2)の第1の端部区間(6)に拡張要素(3)を有するアンカーボルト(2)と、
荷重を保持するための、好ましくは少なくとも1つのアンカーボルト(2)の締付け手段(20)と、
アンカーボルト(2)を囲む拡張スリーブ(4)と
からなる拡張式アンカー(1)であって、
当該拡張式アンカー(1)は、少なくとも1つの偏心形状体(11、12)を備え、当該拡張スリーブ(4)の展開は、当該アンカーボルト(2)の、特に回転軸(9)として当該長手方向の軸(10)周りの回転動作により達成される
ことを特徴とする拡張式アンカー(1)。 - 前記拡張式アンカー(1)は、いくつかの前記偏心形状体(11、12)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 少なくとも1つの前記偏心形状体(11、12)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)におよび/または前記拡張スリーブ(4)に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 少なくとも1つの前記偏心形状(11、12)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)の前記拡張要素(3)にまたは前記拡張要素(3)の外側に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 前記アンカーボルト(2)は、他の第2の端部区間(8)に、例えば多角形体(24)の回転工具ソケット(14)と、そして好ましくは、当該回転工具ソケット(14)により吸収され得る回転力を制限するための所定の破断部(25)とが、設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 少なくとも1つの前記偏心形状体(11、12)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)と前記拡張スリーブ(4)の半径方向外側との間に形成され、および/または少なくとも1つの前記偏心形状(11、12)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)または前記拡張スリーブ(4)と一体に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 前記拡張スリーブ(4)は、前記拡張要素(3)の円錐形状により、前記アンカーボルト(2)の軸方向の動作により展開され得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 少なくとも1つの前記締付け手段(22)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)のねじ山(21)、座金(22)およびナット(23)からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 少なくとも1つの前記締付け手段(20)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)の第2の端部区間(8)に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- 前記アンカーボルト(2)および/または前記拡張要素(3)および/または少なくとも1つの前記締付け手段(20)は、少なくとも部分的に、特に全体として、金属、例えば鋼またはアルミニウムで作成され、および/または、請求項11乃至15のいずれか1に記載の方法が、前記拡張式アンカー(1)により実行され得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載の拡張式アンカー。
- ドリル孔へ拡張式アンカー(1)を挿入するステップ、
拡張スリーブ(4)が、ドリル孔の壁に対して放射状に拡張されるように、拡張式アンカー(1)の拡張スリーブ(4)を展開するステップ
からなり、
当該拡張要素(3)を伴うアンカーボルト(2)は回転動作され、当該拡張スリーブ(4)が、当該回転動作により、少なくとも一つの偏心形状体(11、12)により展開される、
ことを特徴とする拡張式アンカー、特に請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の拡張式アンカー、の留め付け方法。 - 前記回転動作の軸(9)は、前記アンカーボルト(2)の長手方向の軸(10)の回転動作に対応する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 回転力が、前記アンカーボルト(2)を前記拡張要素(3)とともに回転させるために、ドリル孔の外の前記アンカーボルト(2)の回転工具ソケット(14)に作用する、ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記偏心形状(11、12)を有する前記拡張スリーブ(4)の展開の後、またはその間、前記アンカーボルト(2)の前記回転動作により、前記アンカーボルト(2)は、前記ドリル孔の口の方へ、前記軸方向に平行移動動し、そして結果として、前記拡張スリーブ(4)は、前記拡張要素(3)の円錐形状のため展開される、ことを特徴とする請求項11乃至13のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記アンカーボルト(2)は、少なくとも1つの前記締付け手段(20)により、例えば、ナット(23)が、アンカーボルト(2)のねじ山(21)にねじ締めされることにより、前記軸方向に平行移動する、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
