Abstract
【解決手段】商業施設などの構内に設置される電力分配装置1は、複数の構内電池ユニット5と、分配器6と、複数の充電ポール7とを備える。充電ポール7には、電動車両の車載電池8が接続可能である。複数の構内電池ユニット5は、広域系統2から供給される電力によってゆっくりと充電される。分配器6は、選択された構内電池ユニット5と選択された充電ポール7とを接続し、車載電池8へ直流を急速に給電する。さらに、分配器6は、複数の構内電池ユニット5を順に切換えることにより、多数の車載電池8への給電を可能とする。複数の構内電池ユニット5と複数の充電ポール7とを含む給電機器は、複数の群に分けられている。この結果、複数の構内電池ユニット5から複数の車載電池8へ、同時に、並列的に給電される。

Description
図1は、本発明を適用した第1実施形態に係る電力分配装置を示すブロック図である。この実施形態では、スーパーマーケットなどの商業施設に構成される構内系統によって電力分配装置1を構成する。商業施設では、来店者を増やすビジネスモデルとして、電動車両の利用者が来店している期間中に、車載電池への給電を提供することが考えられる。例えば、利用者が駐車し、ケーブルを接続すると、所定量の電力が構内系統から車載電池に給電されるというものである。電動車両には、モータのみによって走行する電気自動車、内燃機関とモータとによって走行するプラグイン型ハイブリッド自動車、電動バイク、および電動アシスト自転車を含むことができる。
図中には、13時から14時までの1時間における使用電力量が、月日と、天候とに関連付けられている。総合制御装置9は、過去の代表時間帯の使用電力量に、天候を紐付けする。天候はあまり細分化する必要はない。
給電速度が低下した劣化電池を効率よく活用するために、給電開始時の残りの施設滞在時間内に給電が完了するように、複数の構内電池ユニット5それぞれの給電速度に応じて、使用する電池の順序を決定することにより、給電計画を設定する。これにより、給電速度が低下した電池を効率よく活用することができる。また、給電開始時の残りの施設滞在時間内に給電が完了するように給電計画を設定することができる。
図23は、本発明を適用した第2実施形態に係る電力分配装置1を示すブロック図である。第1実施形態では、A群に属する複数の構内電池ユニット51a−53aは固定であり、かつ、A群に属する複数の構内電池ユニット51b−53bは固定であった。これに代えて、複数の構内電池ユニット5の少なくとも一部を、複数の群へ給電できるように、言い換えると所属する群を切換え可能に構成することができる。この実施形態では、複数の構内電池ユニット5の各群への振り分けが決定され、分配器6によって振り分けが変更される。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。上記実施形態の構造は、あくまで例示であって、本発明の範囲はこれらの記載の範囲に限定されるものではない。本発明の範囲は、特許請求の範囲の記載によって示され、さらに特許請求の範囲の記載と均等の意味及び範囲内での全ての変更を含むものである。

Claims (13)
- 施設に設けられた複数の二次電池(5、51)と、
前記施設の利用期間に前記施設に来訪した電動車両の車載電池(8)と接続可能に構成された複数の充電ポール(7)と、
複数の前記二次電池と複数の前記充電ポールとの間に設けられ、選択された前記二次電池から選択された前記充電ポールへの給電路を接続する分配器(6)と、
前記施設の利用期間に予測される前記車載電池への予測給電量を、前記施設の非利用期間に複数の前記二次電池に分散して充電する充電手段(9、52、54)と、
複数の前記二次電池からひとつを順に選択するとともに、給電対象となる前記車載電池が接続された前記充電ポールを選択し、前記車載電池を充電するために、選択された前記二次電池から、選択された前記充電ポールへ給電する給電手段(9、53、55)とを備えることを特徴とする電力分配装置。 - 前記二次電池への充電速度は、前記二次電池からの給電速度より遅いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力分配装置。
- 前記充電手段は、
前記施設の将来における前記電動車両の来訪台数に基づいて、前記予測給電量を予測する給電量予測手段と、
前記施設の施設負荷による使用電力量を予測する使用量予測手段と、
前記施設の契約電力量を超えないように複数の前記二次電池への充電計画を設定する充電計画設定手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電力分配装置。 - 前記給電量予測手段は、
過去の曜日別、および時間別の来訪台数を示す履歴データに基づき、翌日の時間別の来訪台数を予測する台数予測手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力分配装置。 - 前記台数予測手段は、
過去の天候別の来訪台数を示す履歴データに基づき、翌日の天候別の来訪台数を予測することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力分配装置。 - 前記使用量予測手段は、
過去の天候別の使用電力量を示す履歴データに基づき、翌日の天候別の使用電力量を予測することを特徴とする請求項3から請求項5のいずれかに記載の電力分配装置。 - 前記充電手段は、前記施設の利用期間においても複数の前記二次電池を充電するように構成され、
前記充電計画設定手段は、複数の前記二次電池の一部により前記車載電池に給電しているときに、複数の前記二次電池の他の一部に充電するように前記充電計画を設定することを特徴とする請求項3から請求項6のいずれかに記載の電力分配装置。 - 前記充電計画設定手段は、劣化によって充電速度が相対的に低下した前記二次電池による給電を抑制し、劣化した前記二次電池への充電時間を長くするように前記充電計画を設定することを特徴とする請求項3から請求項6のいずれかに記載の電力分配装置。
- 複数の前記二次電池と、複数の前記充電ポールとは、複数の群に分けられており、
前記給電手段は、ひとつの群に属する前記二次電池から前記充電ポールへの給電と、他の群に属する前記二次電池から前記充電ポールへの給電とを同時に、並列的に行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の電力分配装置。 - 前記分配器は、各群に属し、かつ独立した複数の分配器(6a、6b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電力分配装置。
- 前記分配器は、複数の前記二次電池と各群との対応関係を入れ替えることができる複数のスイッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電力分配装置。
- 前記二次電池の数は、前記充電ポールの数より少なく、さらに、
前記二次電池のそれぞれに対応して設けられ、前記二次電池から前記車載電池への給電電力を調節する変換回路(53)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の電力分配装置。 - 前記給電手段は、
複数の前記二次電池の給電速度に基づいて、複数の前記二次電池の使用順序を決定し、給電計画を設定する給電計画設定手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載の電力分配装置。
