Abstract

Claims (20)
- 電極組立体;
前記電極組立体を収容するケース;
前記ケースの開口を密封するキャッププレート;
前記ケースの外側に突出される電極端子;及び
前記電極組立体と前記電極端子との間に電気的に連結される集電体;を含み、
前記集電体は前記電極端子に結合され第1結合領域を含む第1集電部と、前記電極組立体に結合され第2結合領域を含む第2集電部と、を含み、
前記第1結合領域は前記第2結合領域に結合され、
前記第1及び第2結合領域のうちいずれか一つは突起部を含み、前記第1及び第2結合領域のうち他の一つは収容部を含み、
前記突起部は前記収容部内に収容されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第1結合領域は前記突起部を含み、前記第2結合領域は収容部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1集電部は前記突起部に対して垂直な方向に延長されたヘッド部をさらに含み、
前記ヘッド部は前記電極端子とキャッププレートとに固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ヘッド部から遠い側の第1領域での突起部の第1幅は前記ヘッド部に近い側の第2領域での突起部の第2幅より小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突起部は本体部と前記本体部から延長されたフック部を含み、前記フック部は前記収容部の表面に対して接触されて固定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突起部は本体部と前記本体部から延長された突起を含み、前記突起は前記収容部の開口に固定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記開口は前記収容部の壁面に形成され、前記壁面は前記開口に隣接して貫通されるように形成されたスリットを具備することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2集電部は前記収容部から延長され、前記電極組立体に固定される分枝部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突起部は本体部と前記本体部から延長されたフック部を含み、前記フック部は前記分枝部の溝に固定されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 他の一つの電極組立体をさらに含み、前記第2集電部は前記収容部から延長され、前記他の一つの電極組立体に固定される他の一つの分枝部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1結合領域は前記第2結合領域に着脱可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は無地部を含み、前記集電体は前記無地部と前記電極端子の間に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部は前記電極組立体の第1端に配列された第1無地部を含み、
前記電極組立体は前記第1端に対向する側に前記電極組立体の第2端に配列された第2無地部をさらに含み、
前記電極端子は第1電極端子を含み、
前記集電体は第1集電体を含み、
前記二次電池は前記ケースの外側に突出される第2電極端子と、前記第2無地部と前記第2電極端子の間に電気的に連結された第2集電体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記キャッププレートと前記第1及び第2電極端子は前記第1及び第2集電体の第1集電部とともに前記第1及び第2集電体の第2集電部に着脱可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1及び第2集電体の前記第1集電部は前記キャッププレートに固定され、前記第1及び第2集電体の第2集電部は前記第1及び第2無地部にそれぞれ固定されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 二次電池の電極組立体と電極端子を電気的に連結する集電体において、
前記集電体は、
前記電極端子に結合可能で第1結合領域を含む第1集電部;及び
前記電極組立体に結合可能で、第2結合領域を含む第2集電部を含み、
前記第1結合領域は前記第2結合領域に結合可能で、
前記第1及び第2結合領域のうちいずれか一つは突起部を含み、前記第1及び第2結合領域のうち他の一つは収容部を含み、
前記突起部は前記収容部内にスライドされて収容されることを特徴とする集電体。 - 前記突起部は本体部と前記本体部から延長されたフック部を含み、
前記フック部は前記収容部の表面に対して接触されて固定されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の集電体。 - 前記突起部は本体部と前記本体部から延長された突起を含み、
前記突起は前記収容部の開口に固定されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の集電体。 - 前記第1結合領域は前記第2結合領域に着脱可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の集電体。
- 電極組立体;
前記電極組立体を収容するケース;
前記ケースの開口を密封するキャッププレート;
前記ケースの外側に突出される電極端子;及び
前記電極組立体と前記電極端子との間に電気的に連結される集電体を含み、
前記集電体は前記電極端子に結合され、第1結合領域を含む第1集電部と、前記電極組立体に結合され、第2結合領域を含む第2集電部と、を含み、
前記第1結合領域は前記第2結合領域に結合されることを特徴とする二次電池。
