Abstract
【解決手段】本明細書に開示するアーク溶接装置は、一方の電極11と、他方の電極12と、一方の電極11と他方の電極12に接続された母材20との間に形成されるアーク領域13の母材側の部分の周囲からアーク領域13の中心部に向かって第1シールドガスを流し、アーク領域13の中心部の圧力とアーク領域外の圧力との比を70以上5000以下にする第1ガス供給部15と、を備える溶接装置。

Description
エネルギー密度=入熱量(電流×電圧)/入熱面積
ここで、電流は、一方の電極11と他方の電極12との間に流れる電流であり、電圧は、一方の電極11と他方の電極12との間に印加される電圧である。また、入熱面積は、アーク領域が形成される母材20の部分の面積である。
図2及び図3に示す溶接装置を用いてアーク溶接を行い実施例とした。アーク溶接では、溶接電流は、50Aであり、シールドガスの流量は、25リットル/分であり、一方の電極と母材との間の距離は、1mmであり、開口部の直径は、3mmであり、一方の電極の形成材料はセリウム入りのタングステンであり、母材の形成材料はステンレス鋼であった。

Claims (16)
- 一方の電極(11)と他方の電極(12)に接続された母材(20)との間に形成されるアーク領域(13)の母材側の部分の周囲からアーク領域(13)の中心部に向かって第1シールドガスを流し、アーク領域(13)の中心部の圧力とアーク領域外の圧力との比を70以上5000以下にしてアーク溶接を行う溶接方法。
- 前記一方の電極(11)と前記他方の電極(12)に接続された母材(20)との間に形成されるアーク領域(13)が中を通る開口部(14a)を有するノズル板14の母材側から前記開口部(14a)を通って前記一方の電極(11)側に抜けるように前記第1シールドガスを流し、前記ノズル板(14)の母材側におけるアーク領域(13)の中心部の圧力とアーク領域外の圧力との比を70以上5000以下にしてアーク溶接を行う請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記開口部(14a)の中を通るアーク領域(13)の部分の断面積と、前記開口部(14a)の面積との比は、1以上35以下である請求項2に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記開口部(14a)を通る前記第1シールドガスの流量は、5リットル/分以上35リットル/分以下である請求項2又は3に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記開口部(14a)は円形を有し、
前記開口部(14a)の直径と、前記ノズル板(14)及び母材(20)の間の距離との比は、1以上20以下である請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載の溶接方法。 - 前記一方の電極(11)側から前記開口部(14a)に向かって、第2シールドガスを流す請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記第2シールドガスの電離電圧は、前記第1シールドガスの電離電圧よりも低い請求項6に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記第1シールドガスの密度は、前記第2シールドガスの密度よりも高い請求項6に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記一方の電極(11)と母材(20)との間の距離を拡大しながら、前記一方の電極(11)と他方の電極(12)との間に流れる電流が一定になるように、前記一方の電極(11)と他方の電極(12)との間に印加する電圧を増加する請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記一方の電極(11)と他方の電極(12)との間の電圧が所定の閾値よりも大きくなると、前記一方の電極(11)と母材(20)との間の距離を拡大することを停止する請求項9に記載の溶接方法。
- 一方の電極(11)と、
他方の電極(12)と、
前記一方の電極(11)と前記他方の電極(12)に接続された母材(20)との間に形成されるアーク領域(13)の母材側の部分の周囲からアーク領域(13)の中心部に向かって第1シールドガスを流し、アーク領域(13)の中心部の圧力とアーク領域外の圧力との比を70以上5000以下にする第1ガス供給部(15)と、
を備える溶接装置。 - 前記一方の電極(11)と前記他方の電極(12)に接続された母材(20)との間に形成されるアーク領域(13)が中を通るように形成された開口部(14a)を有するノズル板(14)を備え、
前記第1ガス供給部(15)は、前記ノズル板(14)の母材側に前記第1シールドガスを流して、前記ノズル板(14)の母材側におけるアーク領域(13)の中心部の圧力とアーク領域外の圧力との比を70以上5000以下にする請求項11に記載の溶接装置。 - 前記第1ガス供給部(15)は、前記ノズル板(14)の母材側に前記第1シールドガスを供給する第1ガス供給管(15a)と、前記ノズル板(14)の母材側におけるアーク領域(13)の中心部の圧力を測定する第1圧力センサ(15b)と、前記ノズル板(14)の母材側におけるアーク領域外の圧力を測定する第2圧力センサ(15c)と、前記第1圧力センサ(15b)の測定値及び前記第2圧力センサ(15c)の測定値を入力して、前記ノズル板(14)の母材側におけるアーク領域(13)の中心部の圧力とアーク領域外の圧力との比を70以上5000以下になるように前記第1シールドガスを前記第1ガス供給管(15a)に供給する量を制御する制御部(15d)と、を有する請求項12に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記一方の電極(11)側から前記開口部(14a)に向かって、第2シールドガスを流す第2ガス供給部(17)を備える請求項11〜13の何れか一項に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記一方の電極(11)と母材(20)との間の距離を変化させるように前記一方の電極(11)を駆動する駆動部(21)と、
前記駆動部(21)を制御する駆動制御部(22)と、
前記一方の電極(11)と前記他方の電極(12)との間に一定の電流を供給する電源(16)と、
を備え、
前記駆動制御部(22)は、前記一方の電極(11)と母材(20)との間の距離を拡大するように前記駆動部(21)を制御し、
前記電源(16)は、前記一方の電極(11)と母材(20)との間に流れる電流が一定になるように、前記一方の電極(11)と前記他方の電極(12)との間に印加する電圧を増加する請求項11〜14の何れか一項に記載の溶接装置。 - 前記駆動制御部(22)は、前記一方の電極(11)と前記他方の電極(12)との間の電圧が所定の閾値を超えると、前記一方の電極(11)の駆動を停止するように前記駆動部(21)を制御する請求項15に記載の溶接装置。
