Abstract
【解決手段】熱タービン機械の車室は熱的に大きく負荷される内側層4と熱的に僅かしか負荷されない外側層5とから二層構造に形成され、その内側層4は外側層5よりも耐熱性の大きい材料を有しており、前記内側層4が9〜10重量%クロム鋼で形成される。

Description
内側ハウジングとも呼ばれる内部車室は熱応力が最も大きい蒸気膨張領域を有し、この内部車室はその外側面を外部車室内における例えば排気蒸気のような比較的低温の蒸気で洗流され冷却される。その外部車室は内部車室を包囲して配置されている。

Claims (15)
- 熱タービン機械の車室(1)であって、
車室(1)が少なくとも内側層(4)と外側層(5)とから少なくとも二層構造に形成され、その内側層(4)が外側層(5)よりも耐熱性の大きい材料を有しており、前記内側層(4)が9〜10重量%クロム鋼で形成されていることを特徴とする熱タービン機械の車室。 - 内側層(4)がGX12CrMoVNb9−1材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車室。
- 外側層(5)が内側層(4)の周りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車室。
- 外側層(5)が回転軸線に関して内側層(4)の周りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車室。
- 外側層(5)が1〜2重量%クロム鋼で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車室。
- 外側層(5)がG17CrMoV5−10材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車室。
- 内側層(4)が外側層(5)に材料結合で結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の車室。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の少なくとも二層構造の車室(1)の製造方法であって、
a)内側層(4)として形成される内部鋳造部品を鋳造する、
b)外部鋳造品を鋳造し、その場合、内部鋳造部品が壁として利用され、外部鋳造部品が外側層(5)として形成される、工程を含んでいることを特徴とする車室(1)の製造方法。 - 内部鋳造品および外部鋳造品が凝固中に熱処理されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 内部鋳造品および外部鋳造品が凝固後に熱処理されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 熱処理が内部鋳造品および外部鋳造品の材料の、より低い焼戻し温度で一段工程において8〜12時間にわたって行われることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 材料結合を向上するために内部鋳造品に鈎止め部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の車室(1)を製造するために利用されることを特徴とする請求項8ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 内側層(4)が外側層(5)に肉盛溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の車室(1)を製造する方法。
- 車室(1)が肉盛溶接後に熱処理されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
