Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、巻き線(U,V,W)が設けられた円筒形ステータの内側に配置された永久磁石(3)を備えている円筒形ロータ(4)を具備した同期モータであり、ロータには巻き線に面した突起(41)が設けられていることを特徴としている。

ここで、Pはコイルが巻かれた2つのスロット間のピッチであり、Eはスロットの入口幅であり、nはコイル内に配置されたスロットの数である。
Claims (5)
- 巻き線が設けられた円筒形ステータの内側に配置された永久磁石を備えている円筒形ロータを具備した同期モータにおいて、
前記ロータには前記巻き線に面した突起が設けられていることを特徴とする同期モータ。 - 前記永久磁石は前記ロータの側面全体にわたって配置され、前記ロータの側面の2つの軸方向端部には軸方向に延在した突起が設けられ、該突起は前記巻き線の端部に面していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同期モータ。
- 前記永久磁石は前記ロータの内側に配置され、前記ロータの側面には外側面の全ての活性部にわたってうねった突起群が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同期モータ。
- 前記ステータはスロットの無いステータであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の同期モータ。
- 前記ステータにはスロットが設けられ、該スロットの入口幅Eは最小化されて、式
(n+1)E≦0.05P
に従っており、前記式において、
Pはコイルが巻かれた2つの前記スロットの間のピッチであり、
Eは前記スロットの入口幅であり、
nは前記コイルの内側に配置されたスロットの数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の同期モータ。
