Abstract
【解決手段】防錆用溶射皮膜101b,102b,103bが形成された被締結体100の締結に使用される締結具であって、頭部1aおよびねじ部1cを含む全面に防錆用溶射皮膜10が形成され、少なくともねじ部が1〜10質量%のワックスを含む封孔処理剤により封孔処理されたボルト1と、被締結体100を挟んでボルト1のねじ部1cに締め付けられるナットであり、ねじ部1cと被締結体100側の接触面(座面2b)とを除く全面に防錆用溶射皮膜20が形成されたナット2と、ボルト1の頭部1aまたはナット2と被締結体100との間に配置されるワッシャであり、被締結体100側の接触面3a,4aを除く全面に防錆用溶射皮膜30,40が形成されたワッシャ3,4とを含む締結具である。

Description
上記実施形態における締結具による軸力確認試験を行った。試験は、樹脂系封孔剤に対するパラフィンの混入率を変えた封孔処理剤により封孔処理したボルトを用いて、締め付けトルク値および軸力を測定することにより行った。図4〜図7は、それぞれパラフィンを1.0質量%、2.0質量%、3.0質量%、5.0質量%混入したアクリルシリコーン樹脂(ハイポンAZシーラー:日本ペイント株式会社製)により封孔処理したボルトの締め付けトルク値と得られた軸力の測定結果を示している。図8はパラフィンを10.0質量%混入したシリコーンワニスにより封孔処理したボルトの締め付けトルク値と得られた軸力の測定結果を示している。
ワックスの含有率をそれぞれ変えた封孔処理剤と塗膜との密着性試験を行った。試験にはJIS K5600−5−6(塗料一般試験方法 第5部:塗膜の機械的性質、第6節付着性(クロスカット法)で行った。

Claims (7)
- 少なくともねじ部に防錆用溶射皮膜が形成されたボルト用の封孔処理剤であって、
1〜10質量%のワックスを含む封孔処理剤。 - 主成分が樹脂系封孔剤である請求項1記載の封孔処理剤。
- 前記ワックスはパラフィンである請求項1または2に記載の封孔処理剤。
- 防錆用溶射皮膜が形成された被締結体の締結に使用される締結具であって、
頭部およびねじ部を含む全面に防錆用溶射皮膜が形成され、少なくとも前記ねじ部が1〜10質量%のワックスを含む封孔処理剤により封孔処理されたボルトと、
前記被締結体を挟んで前記ボルトのねじ部に締め付けられるナットであり、内ねじ部と前記被締結体側の接触面とを除く全面に防錆用溶射皮膜が形成されたナットと
を含む締結具。 - 前記ナットの防錆用溶射皮膜は、アーク溶射法により形成されたものであり、
前記ボルトの防錆用溶射皮膜は、ガス溶射法またはプラズマ溶射法により形成されたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の締結具。 - 少なくともねじ部に防錆用溶射皮膜が形成され、1〜10質量%のワックスを含む封孔処理剤により封孔処理されたボルト。
- 少なくともねじ部に防錆用溶射皮膜を形成すること、
1〜10質量%のワックスを含む封孔処理剤により封孔処理すること
を含むボルトの製造方法。
