Abstract
【解決手段】電池1,2と、該電池1,2間にあって電池1の負極の金属電極1bと電池2の正極の金属電極2aとを電気的に直列接続する接続体3とを具備する電池モジュール100であって、接続体3は、電池1の金属電極1bに電気的に接続される第1の接続部3bと、電池2の金属電極2aに電気的に接続される第2の接続部3aとを備えるとともに、接続体3による接続後の各電池1,2を各電池1,2の直列接続方向Sのいずれか側から平面視した際、各電池1,2に対して重なる領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする。

Description
図1は、本実施の形態を示す電池モジュールの構成を概略的に示す図、図2は、図1の電池モジュールを、図1中のII方向からみた上面図である。
図4は、本実施の形態を示す電池モジュールの構成を概略的に示す図である。
この第2実施の形態の電池モジュールの構成は、上述した図1、図2に示した第1実施の形態の電池モジュール100と比して、接続体3に形成された折り曲げ部3cが第1実施の形態よりも多く形成されている点が異なる。よって、この相違点のみを説明し、第1実施の形態と同様の構成には同じ符号を付し、その説明は省略する。

Claims (7)
- それぞれ同径に形成された複数の電池と、該複数の電池間にあって一方の電池の一方極性の金属電極と他方の電池の他方極性の金属電極とを電気的に直列接続する接続体とを具備する電池モジュールであって、
前記接続体は、
前記一方の電池の前記金属電極に電気的に接続される第1の接続部と、前記他方の電池の前記金属電極に電気的に接続される第2の接続部とを備えるとともに、前記接続体による接続後の各前記電池を各前記電池の直列接続方向のいずれか側から平面視した際、各前記電池に対して重なる領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記接続体は、板状部材から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記接続体は、前記第1の接続部と前記第2の接続部との間において折り曲げられた折り曲げ部を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記折り曲げ部の個数に応じて、前記直列接続方向における前記一方の電池と前記他方の電池との間の距離が設定自在となっており、
前記折り曲げ部の個数が1個増えるまたは1個減る毎に、前記距離は、前記板状部材の厚み分だけ変化することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記一方の電池と前記他方の電池とは、前記接続体によって一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一方の電池と前記他方の電池との間における前記領域内に、前記一方の電池の前記金属電極に対する前記接続体の前記第1の接続部の接続と、前記他方の電池の前記金属電極に対する前記接続体の前記第2の接続部の接続とを補強する補強剤が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の前記電池モジュールを具備することを特徴とする電池モジュールを具備するカプセル内視鏡。
