本发明提供了一种电池组件及医疗胶囊,电池组件包括电池组、与所述电池组电性连接的若干连接片;电池组包括至少两个串联的电池,若干连接片,包括与所述电池组的正极电性连接的正极连接片、与所述电池组的负极电性连接的负极连接片、与任意相邻两个电池中的一个的正极和另一个的负极均电性连接的中间连接片;所述正极连接片的输出部、所述负极连接片的输出部均朝向所述电池组的正极或负极所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池组的另一侧延伸。通过所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片输出所述电池组的总电压,还可以通过所述正电极或所述负电极中的一个与所述中间连接片相配合,输出部分电池组电压。

电池组件及医疗胶囊
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种能够输出多种电压的电池组件及医疗胶囊。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,更加先进的医疗设备被开发出来用于人类疾病的诊断和治疗。以振动胶囊、内窥镜胶囊等为代表的可吞式医疗技术的发展,极大改善了治疗方式的舒适性,并避免了临床交叉感染的情况发生。
针对可吞式医疗胶囊,电池单元给其他内部元件供电;其安全性、稳定性等因素都是要需要进行全面评估。目前,能满足胶囊医疗器械使用的大容量单颗电池很少,基本只有锂电池可以实现,但是锂电池广泛应用的安全性有待验证。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种改进的电池组件及医疗胶囊,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够输出多种电压的电池组件及医疗胶囊。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电池组件,包括
电池组,所述电池组包括至少两个串联的电池;
与所述电池组电性连接的若干连接片,包括与所述电池组的正极电性连接的正极连接片、与所述电池组的负极电性连接的负极连接片、与任意相邻两个电池中的一个的正极和另一个的负极均电性连接的中间连接片。
进一步地,所述电池为氧化银电池。
进一步地,所述连接片为镀镍SPCC钢片、镍片或铜片。
进一步地,所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片与所述中间连接片均具有与所述电池的电极相焊接的焊接部、与所述焊接部相连接的输出部。
进一步地,所述正极连接片的输出部、所述负极连接片的输出部均朝向所述电池组的正极或负极所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池组的另一侧延伸。
进一步地,所述电池组件还包括设置于相邻的电池之间、或设置于所述连接片与所述电池之间的绝缘组件。
进一步地,所述绝缘组件包括位于所述电池的负极周围的绝缘垫片。
进一步地,所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片与所述中间连接片均具有与所述电池的电极相焊接的焊接部、与所述焊接部相连接的输出部;所述正极连接片的输出部、所述负极连接片的输出部均朝向所述电池组的正极所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池组的负极所在侧延伸;所述绝缘组件还包括位于所述负极连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧的第一绝缘片;在所述中间连接片的焊接部与所述电池组的负极之间有一个电池时,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧可设置绝缘片也可以不设置绝缘片;在所述中间连接片的焊接部与所述电池组的负极之间有至少两个电池时,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧设置绝缘片;
或,所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片与所述中间连接片均具有与所述电池的电极相焊接的焊接部、与所述焊接部相连接的输出部;所述正极连接片的输出部、所述负极连接片的输出部均朝向所述电池组的负极所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池组的正极所在侧延伸;所述绝缘组件还包括位于所述正极连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧的第二绝缘片、位于所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧的第三绝缘片。

进一步地,所述医疗胶囊为振动胶囊,所述医疗胶囊还包括外壳、位于所述外壳内的振动源和控制单元,所述控制单元包括PCB板,所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片均与所述PCB板电性连接,所述振动源同时与所述PCB板和所述中间连接片电性连接。
本发明的有益效果是:所述电池组件可以通过所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片输出所述电池组的总电压,还可以通过所述正电极或所述负电极中的一个与所述中间连接片相配合,输出部分电池组的电压;从而可以给不同的电气元件提供不同的电压,还可以根据需要给同一电气元件提供不同的电压。

所述电池组1包括至少两个串联的电池11。优选地,至少两个电池11叠层设置;且所述电池11的数量可以根据需要的输出电压进行调整。
一具体实施例中,所述电池11为纽扣式氧化银电池,其体积小,且安全性和稳定性均能满足医疗胶囊200的安全性要求。
所述若干连接片2包括与所述电池组1的正极111电性连接的正极连接片21、与电池组1的负极112电性连接的负极连接片22、与任意相邻两个电池11中的一个的正极111和另一个的负极112均电性连接的中间连接片23。因此,可以通过所述正极连接片21、所述负极连接片22输出所述电池组1的总电压,还可以通过所述正电极或所述负电极中的一个与所述中间连接片23相配合,输出部分电池组1的电压,实现给不同的电气元件供电,或根据需要给同一电气元件提供不同的电压。
其中,“输出部分电池组1的电压”指的是,所述电池组1包括至少两个串联的电池11,通过所述正电极或所述负电极中的一个与所述中间连接片23相配合输出其中N个电池11的电压,N为不大于所述电池组11中包含的电池11的总数的整数。例如,所述电池组1包括两个串联的电池11,可输出一个电池11的电压。
所述中间连接片23与所述正极连接片21之间串联的电池11的数量、所述中间连接片23与所述负极连接片22之间串联的电池11的数量均可以根据需要输出的电压进行调整。例如,所述中间连接片23与所述正极连接片21之间串联有一个所述电池11,或所述中间连接片23与所述负极连接片22之间串联有一个所述电池11,可以输出单个所述电池11的电压。
所述连接片2还包括与所述电池11相焊接的焊接部24、与所述焊接部24相连接的输出部25。通常所述焊接部24与所述输出部25呈一体设置,所述输出部25可弯折成需要的形状,便于在所述医疗胶囊200内进行安装。这里的所述连接片2包括所述正极连接片21、所述负极连接片22与所述中间连接片23在内。
其中,如图1、图2和图3所示,所述正极连接片21、所述负极连接片22的结构相似,其焊接部24呈圆形,便于与所述电池组1进行多点焊接,提高焊接稳定性。所述焊接部24上包括若干焊接点,例如所述焊接部24包括至少4个焊接点,可通过锡焊、高压点焊或激光点焊进行焊接,提高供电稳定性;其输出部251、252呈条形,便于弯折。
优选的方案中,所述连接片2与所述电池11的电极之间的连接采用点焊工艺,优选激光点焊,一致性高,自动化程度高。而所述连接片2与PCB板(Printed Circuit Board,印制电路板)或负载电气元件之间采用锡焊焊接,保持焊接的稳定性。
请参考图1和图4所示,所述中间连接片23整体呈条形,其焊接部与相邻的两个电池11焊接后,堆叠于两个电池11之间。
进一步地,所述连接片2为镀镍SPCC(Cold Rolled Steel,一般用冷轧碳钢薄板及钢带)钢片、镍片或铜片,可与所述电池11的电极、PCB板、负载电气元件焊接。优选纯镍片,能够有效避免虚焊;其中,纯镍片是由业内通常提及的纯镍形成,允许包含在提纯工艺中无法排除的微量杂质,并非仅指100%含量的纯镍。
所述正极连接片21的输出部251、所述负极连接片22的输出部252朝向所述电池组1的正极111或负极112所在侧延伸,以与同一PCB板进行焊接;所述中间连接片23的输出部253朝向所述电池组1的另一侧延伸。所述中间连接片23的输出部253与某一负载电器元件连接,以与PCB板相配合能够给该负载电气元件输出整个电池组1的部分电压。
一具体实施例中,例如图1~图5所示,所述正极连接片21的输出部251、所述负极连接片22的输出部252均朝向所述电池组1的正极111所在侧延伸,以与PCB板进行焊接;所述中间连接片23的输出部253朝向所述电池组1的负极112所在侧延伸。
基于上述任意实施例,所述电池组件100还包括绝缘组件3,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,所述绝缘组件3的设置位置位于需要绝缘的两个部件之间,以避免出现短路。例如所述绝缘组件3设置于相邻的电池11之间、或设置于所述连接片2与所述电池11之间、或设置于所述电池组100与相邻的PCB板之间、或设置于所述电池组件100与相邻的其他电气元件之间。
具体地,所述绝缘组件3包括位于所述电池11的负极112周围呈环状的绝缘垫片31,粘贴在所述电池11的负极112,刚好覆盖住所述电池11的负极112周圈的正极部分,以避免所述电池11正负极区域因器件或者其他电接触而造成的短路。例如可以隔绝所述负极112与所述负极112周围的正极部分,或隔绝与所述负极112连接的连接片2与所述负极112周围的正极部分。
所述绝缘垫片31为带背胶的PET(polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材质、或PVC(polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯)材质、或PP(polypropylene,聚丙烯)材质、或PA(polyamide,聚酰胺)材质的薄膜。所述绝缘垫片31的厚度为0.01mm~0.5mm,优选厚度为0.05mm~0.15mm,该厚度既满足良好的加工良率,也能实现较好的绝缘特性。
另外,如1~图5所示,所述正极连接片21的输出部251、所述负极连接片22的输出部252均朝向所述电池组1的正极111所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片23的输出部253朝向所述电池组1的负极112所在侧延伸。所述负极连接片22与所述电池组1的侧壁之间需要绝缘。所述绝缘组件3还包括位于所述负极连接片22的输出部252朝向所述电池11的一侧的第一绝缘片32,以将所述负极连接片22与所述电池组1的侧壁之间绝缘。优选地,所述第一绝缘片32弯折并延伸至所述正极连接片21背离所述电池组1的一侧,对整个电池组件100与所述PCB板之间进行绝缘分割。
本实施例中,如果所述中间连接片23的焊接部与所述电池组1的负极112之间仅有一个电池11时,所述中间连接片23的输出部253与该电池11的侧壁之间无需绝缘,因此所述中间连接片23的输出部253朝向所述电池11的一侧可设置绝缘片也可以不设置绝缘片。如果所述中间连接片23的焊接部与所述电池组1的负极112之间有至少两个电池11时,所述中间连接片23的输出部253朝向所述电池11的一侧需要设置绝缘片,以免发生短路现象。
或,所述正极连接片21的输出部251、所述负极连接片22的输出部252均朝向所述电池组1的负极112所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片23的输出部253朝向所述电池组1的正极111所在侧延伸;所述绝缘组件3还包括位于所述正极连接片21的输出部251朝向所述电池11的一侧的第二绝缘片、位于所述中间连接片23的输出部253朝向所述电池11的一侧的第三绝缘片。
本发明的电池组件100可用于多种医疗胶囊200,所述医疗胶囊200包括但不限于振动胶囊、内窥镜胶囊等。
一具体实施例中,请参考图6所示,所述医疗胶囊200为振动胶囊,包括外壳4、位于所述外壳4内的振动源5、所述电池组件100和控制单元6。其中,振动源5、电池组件100和控制单元6通过固定结构7固定于所述外壳4内。
所述外壳4和所述振动源5均采用现有技术中任意一种,所述电池组件100为上述任意一种。
所述控制单元6包括PCB板61、通讯连接于所述PCB板61上的干簧管62,所述正极连接片21、所述负极连接片22均与所述PCB板61电性连接,所述振动源5同时与所述PCB板61和所述中间连接片23电性连接,因此可在所述振动源5的允许电压范围内,输出不同的电压。
综上所述,本发明电池组件100,可以通过所述正极连接片21、所述负极连接片22输出所述电池组1的总电压,还可以通过所述正电极或所述负电极中的一个与所述中间连接片23相配合,输出部分电池组1的电压。以给不同的电气元件供电或根据需要给同一电气元件提供不同的电压。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种电池组件,其特征在于,包括
电池组,所述电池组包括至少两个串联的电池;
与所述电池组电性连接的若干连接片,包括与所述电池组的正极电性连接的正极连接片、与所述电池组的负极电性连接的负极连接片、与任意相邻两个电池中的一个的正极和另一个的负极均电性连接的中间连接片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池为氧化银电池。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述连接片为镀镍SPCC钢片、镍片或铜片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片与所述中间连接片均具有与所述电池的电极相焊接的焊接部、与所述焊接部相连接的输出部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述正极连接片的输出部、所述负极连接片的输出部均朝向所述电池组的正极或负极所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池组的另一侧延伸。
6.根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括设置于相邻的电池之间、或设置于所述连接片与所述电池之间的绝缘组件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘组件包括位于所述电池的负极周围的绝缘垫片。
8.根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片与所述中间连接片均具有与所述电池的电极相焊接的焊接部、与所述焊接部相连接的输出部;所述正极连接片的输出部、所述负极连接片的输出部均朝向所述电池组的正极所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池组的负极所在侧延伸;所述绝缘组件还包括位于所述负极连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧的第一绝缘片;在所述中间连接片的焊接部与所述电池组的负极之间有一个电池时,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧可设置绝缘片也可以不设置绝缘片;在所述中间连接片的焊接部与所述电池组的负极之间有至少两个电池时,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧设置绝缘片;
或,所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片与所述中间连接片均具有与所述电池的电极相焊接的焊接部、与所述焊接部相连接的输出部;所述正极连接片的输出部、所述负极连接片的输出部均朝向所述电池组的负极所在侧延伸,所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池组的正极所在侧延伸;所述绝缘组件还包括位于所述正极连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧的第二绝缘片、位于所述中间连接片的输出部朝向所述电池的一侧的第三绝缘片。
9.一种医疗胶囊,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~8任意一项所述的电池组件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的医疗胶囊,其特征在于:所述医疗胶囊为振动胶囊,所述医疗胶囊还包括外壳、位于所述外壳内的振动源和控制单元,所述控制单元包括PCB板,所述正极连接片、所述负极连接片均与所述PCB板电性连接,所述振动源同时与所述PCB板和所述中间连接片电性连接。
