Abstract
【解決手段】画像形成システムとともに用いるのに適した転写体を作成する方法であり、塩素化ポリエステル樹脂と、反応性希釈剤と、導電性種と、光開始剤とを含む紫外線(UV)硬化可能な混合物を基板にコーティングすることを含む。UV硬化可能な混合物を、紫外線エネルギーを用いて硬化させる。次いで、硬化した混合物を基板から取り外す。

Claims (10)
- 画像形成システムとともに用いるのに適した転写体を作成する方法であって、
塩素化ポリエステル樹脂と、反応性希釈剤と、導電性種と、光開始剤とを含む紫外線(UV)硬化可能な混合物をコーティングすることと;
前記UV硬化可能な混合物を紫外線エネルギーで硬化させることを含む、方法。 - 前記導電性種が、リン酸エステル、有機スルホン酸塩、脂肪酸エステル、アンモニウム塩、ホスホニウム塩、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性種が、前記UV硬化可能な混合物の約5〜約30重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性希釈剤が、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート、ジプロピレングリコールジアクリレート、プロキシル化ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレート、ヘキサメチレンジアクリレート、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光開始剤が、アシルホスフィン、α−ヒドロキシケトン、ベンジルケタール、α−アミノケトン、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分散した導電性種を有する、紫外線硬化した塩素化ポリエステルを含む、中間転写ベルト(ITB)。
- 前記塩素化ポリエステルが、約10〜約50重量%のマレイン酸と、約5〜約45重量%のアジピン酸と、約5〜約45重量%のジエチレングリコールと、約5〜約40重量%の芳香族脂肪族ジオールとの反応から作られる、請求項6に記載の中間転写ベルト(ITB)。
- 前記塩素化ポリエステルが、約500〜約5,000の数平均分子量(Mn)を有する、請求項6に記載の中間転写ベルト(ITB)。
- 前記塩素化ポリエステルが、約1,000〜約20,000の重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、請求項6に記載の中間転写ベルト(ITB)。
- 前記導電性種が、リン酸エステル、有機スルホン酸塩、脂肪酸エステル、アンモニウム塩、ホスホニウム塩、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の中間転写ベルト(ITB)。
