Abstract
【解決手段】 充電制御装置60では、ECU40は、充電器50のPFC部52による入力電圧検出結果とBMU30による電池20のSOCの検出結果を連続的に把握するとともに、BMU30による電池20の温度の検出結果を連続的に検知しており、充電開始時にPFC部52による入力電圧検出結果とBMU30による電池20のSOCの検出結果及びECU40による電池20の温度の検知結果とに基づいて電池20の最大充電時間を算出する。そして、ECU40は、PFC部52の入力電圧検出結果が予め設定された閾値を超えて変化すると変化後の入力電圧検出結果と電池20のSOCの検出結果及び電池20の温度の検知結果とに基づいて前記最大充電時間を更新する。

Claims (4)
- 車両駆動用モータに電気エネルギを供給する電池を前記車両とは異なる外部電源から充電する際に、前記電池容量が最大となるまでの最大充電時間を算出し、前記最大充電時間が経過したら前記充電を終了させる充電制御装置において、
前記充電制御装置は、
前記電池に充電入力される入力電圧値を連続的に検出する入力電圧値検出部と、
充電開始時に前記入力電圧検出部の入力電圧検出結果と前記電池の残存容量とに基づいて前記最大充電時間を算出するとともに、前記入力電圧検出結果が予め設定された閾値を超えて変化すると前記変化後の入力電圧検出結果と残存容量とに基づいて前記最大充電時間を更新する算出部と、
を具備することを特徴とする充電制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の充電制御装置であって、
前記電池の電池温度を検知する電池温度検知部を更に具備し、
前記算出部は、前記充電開始時に前記入力電圧検出部の入力電圧検出結果と残存容量と前記電池温度検知部の検知結果とに基づいて前記最大充電時間を算出するとともに、前記入力電圧検出結果が前記閾値を超えて変化すると前記変化後の入力電圧検出結果と残存容量と前記電池温度検知部の検知結果とに基づいて前記最大充電時間を更新する
ことを特徴とする充電制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の充電制御装置であって、
前記電池温度検知部は、前記電池を構成する複数の電池セルのうち最低温度を示す電池セル温度を検知し、
前記算出部は、前記電池温度検知部の検知結果として、前記複数の電池セルのうち最低温度を示す電池セル温度を用いる
ことを特徴とする充電制御装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の充電制御装置であって、
前記入力電圧検出結果が前記閾値以上のときは、前記入力電圧検出結果を前記閾値より大きい第1の所定電圧値に置き換えて前記最大充電時間を算出し、
前記入力電圧検出結果が前記閾値より小さいときは、前記入力電圧検出結果を前記閾値より小さい第2の所定電圧値に置き換えて前記最大充電時間を算出する
ことを特徴とする充電制御装置。
