Abstract
【解決手段】屈折率が1.6以上であり透光性を有する基板と、基板の一方の面に、屈折率が1.6以上の発光領域を含む固体発光素子と、基板の他方の面に、屈折率が1.6以上であり透光性を有する部材と、を備え、部材は大気に接する表面に凹凸構造を有し、且つ屈折率が1.6以上であり透光性を有する液体を介して基板と接続する発光装置を提供する。

Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の発光装置について図1〜図3、図5、及び図6を用いて説明する。
図1(A)は発光装置の断面図の一例であり、図1(B)は発光装置の平面図の一例である。
図5は、本発明の一態様の発光装置の断面図の一例である。図5では、固体発光素子として、有機EL素子を用いる構成を例に挙げて説明する。
本発明の一態様の発光装置のその他の構成について図6を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の発光装置が備える固体発光素子について図4を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の発光装置を備える照明装置の一例について図7(A)(B)を用いて説明する。
上記実施例で用いた2−[3−(ジベンゾチオフェン−4−イル)フェニル]ジベンゾ[f,h]キノキサリン(略称:2mDBTPDBq−II)の合成方法について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 屈折率が1.6以上であり、透光性を有する基板と、
前記基板の一方の面に屈折率が1.6以上の発光領域を含む固体発光素子と、
前記基板の他方の面に屈折率が1.6以上であり、透光性を有する部材と、を備え、
前記部材は大気に接する表面に凹凸構造を有し、且つ屈折率が1.6以上であり透光性を有する液体を介して前記基板と接続する発光装置。 - 屈折率が1.6以上であり、透光性を有する基板と、
前記基板の一方の面に屈折率が1.6以上の発光領域を含む固体発光素子と、
前記基板の他方の面に屈折率が1.6以上であり、透光性を有する半球状の部材と、を備え、

前記固体発光素子は、前記基板上に形成された屈折率が1.6以上であり透光性を有する第1の電極と、前記第1の電極に重畳する第2の電極との間に挟持された前記発光領域を含み、
前記発光領域は、発光性の有機化合物を含む発光層を有する発光装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置を発光部に備える照明装置。
