Abstract
【解決手段】取付基部2,3に対し、支持軸4,5を介し、該支持軸4,5の軸心4L,5L回りに回動可能に支持されると共に、付勢手段6によって前記軸心4L,5L回りの一方向に回転付勢力が付与された回動部材1において、前記回転付勢力による回転動作を緩和する為、前記取付基部3と回動部材1との間に介装されるダンパー装置であって、前記支持軸5に対してその軸心5L回りに相対摺接が可能な状態で外嵌されたエラストマーからなる制動部材7と、該制動部材7の外周に外装され、該制動部材7を締め付ける環状ばね部材8とを含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 取付基部に対し、支持軸を介し、該支持軸の軸心回りに回動可能に支持されると共に、付勢手段によって前記軸心回りの一方向に回転付勢力が付与された回動部材において、前記回転付勢力による回転動作を緩和する為、前記取付基部と回動部材との間に介装されるダンパー装置であって、
前記支持軸に対してその軸心回りに相対摺接が可能な状態で外嵌されたエラストマーからなる制動部材と、該制動部材の外周に外装され、該制動部材を締め付ける環状ばね部材とを含むことを特徴とする回動部材のダンパー装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回動部材のダンパー装置において、
前記支持軸が前記取付基部に固着され、前記制動部材が前記回動部材に固定されていることを特徴とする回動部材のダンパー装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回動部材のダンパー装置において、
前記支持軸が前記回動部材に固着され、前記制動部材が前記取付基部に固定されていることを特徴とする回動部材のダンパー装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の回動部材のダンパー装置において、
前記制動部材の前記支持軸との相対摺接部には、潤滑剤が施与されていることを特徴とする回動部材のダンパー装置。 - 請求項4に記載の回動部材のダンパー装置において、
前記制動部材の前記支持軸に対する前記相対摺接部には、前記潤滑剤を保持する凹凸が形成されていることを特徴とする回動部材のダンパー装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の回動部材のダンパー装置において、
少なくとも前記制動部材の前記支持軸に対する相対摺接部は、潤滑性物質を含有するエラストマーからなることを特徴とする回動部材のダンパー装置。
