Abstract
【解決手段】防振ブッシュ10において、インナ軸部材12とアウタ筒部材14の径方向間には、本体ゴム弾性体16より硬質とされて周方向に所定の長さで延びる一対の中間部材32,32が径方向一方向で対向して配設されており、それら中間部材32,32が本体ゴム弾性体16の内部に埋め込まれて固着されていると共に、中間部材32におけるインナ軸部材12側の端面の軸方向寸法が、中間部材32におけるアウタ筒部材14側の端面の軸方向寸法よりも大きくされている。

Claims (4)
- インナ軸部材と該インナ軸部材に外挿されたアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって連結された防振ブッシュにおいて、
前記インナ軸部材と前記アウタ筒部材の径方向間には、前記本体ゴム弾性体より硬質とされて周方向に所定の長さで延びる一対の中間部材が径方向一方向で対向して配設されており、該中間部材が前記本体ゴム弾性体の内部に埋め込まれて固着されていると共に、該中間部材における該インナ軸部材側の端面の軸方向寸法が、該中間部材における該アウタ筒部材側の端面の軸方向寸法よりも大きくされていることを特徴とする防振ブッシュ。 - 前記本体ゴム弾性体において、前記インナ軸部材と前記中間部材の間に介在する部分の径方向寸法が、前記アウタ筒部材と該中間部材の間に介在する部分の径方向寸法以上とされている請求項1に記載の防振ブッシュ。
- 前記一対の中間部材には、互いに対向する径方向線を周方向に外れた位置において、前記本体ゴム弾性体から外部に露出されて該本体ゴム弾性体の成形時に該中間部材を位置決め支持するための支持部が設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の防振ブッシュ。
- 前記本体ゴム弾性体の軸方向長さが、外周部分に比して内周部分の方が大きくされている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の防振ブッシュ。
