Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の軽量断熱キャスタブルは、粒径3mm未満のCaO・6Al2O3を30〜50質量%、アルミナセメントを40〜60質量%及び粒径45μm未満のアルミナ微粉を10〜20質量%含有してなる耐火原料に対して外掛けで0.01〜1.0質量%の増粘剤を配合してなることを特徴とする。

Description
以下の表1に記載する配合割合にて本発明品及び比較品の配合物を作製し、得られた配合物に所定量の水を添加し、万能ミキサーにて混練した後、40mm×40mm×160mmの型枠に流し込み、硬化、脱枠後、110℃で24時間乾燥して供試体を得た。
得られた供試体について、線変化率、曲げ強さ、かさ比重並びに熱伝導率を次に示す方法により測定した:
線変化率:JIS R2554に準じ、1000℃焼成後の供試体について測定した;
曲げ強さ:JIS R2553に準じ、1000℃焼成後の供試体について測定した;
かさ比重:JIS R2205に準じ、焼成後の供試体について測定した;
熱伝導率:115×114×65mmの供試体を1000℃で3時間焼成した後、熱線法により測定した。
得られた結果を表1に併記する。
Claims (3)
- 粒径3mm未満のCaO・6Al2O3を30〜50質量%、アルミナセメントを40〜60質量%及び粒径45μm未満のアルミナ微粉を10〜20質量%含有してなる耐火原料に対して外掛けで0.01〜1.0質量%の増粘剤を配合してなることを特徴とする軽量断熱キャスタブル。
- 更に、アルミニウム粉末、アルミニウム合金粉末、発泡剤、金属ファイバー、有機ファイバー、セラミックファイバー、縮合燐酸塩、ポリアクリル酸又はポリカルボン酸のアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属塩又はそれらの重合体又は共重合体から選択されるその他の成分を含有する、請求項1記載の軽量断熱キャスタブル。
- 水の配合量が外掛けで40〜60質量%である、請求項1または2記載の軽量断熱キャスタブル。
