Abstract
【解決手段】 高周波焼入れ後に外表面に塗装剤が塗布された金属製の外側継手部材10を移送する搬送路20と、その搬送路20の部品移送方向に沿って配設され、外側継手部材10の焼戻しと塗装剤焼付けとを同時に行う高周波誘導コイル21,22とで構成されている。

Claims (16)
- 金属製の自動車部品を高周波焼入れし、その焼入れ後に前記自動車部品の外表面に塗装剤を塗布した上で、前記自動車部品の焼戻しと塗装剤焼付けとを高周波誘導加熱により同時に行うことを特徴とする自動車部品の製造方法。
- 前記塗装剤は、粉体塗料である請求項1に記載の自動車部品の製造方法。
- 前記自動車部品は、等速自在継手を構成する外側継手部材である請求項1又は2に記載の自動車部品の製造方法。
- 前記自動車部品は、ドライブシャフトを構成する中間軸である請求項1又は2に記載の自動車部品の製造方法。
- 高周波焼入れ後に外表面に塗装剤が塗布された金属製の自動車部品を移送する搬送路と、前記搬送路の部品移送方向に沿って配設され、前記自動車部品の焼戻しと塗装剤焼付けとを同時に行う高周波誘導コイルとで構成されていることを特徴とする自動車部品の製造装置。
- 前記高周波誘導コイルは、その一部が前記搬送路の両側で部品移送方向に沿って直線状に延びるように配置されている請求項5に記載の自動車部品の製造装置。
- 前記高周波誘導コイルは、前記自動車部品を内包するように前記搬送路の部品移送方向に沿って螺旋状に巻回されている請求項5に記載の自動車部品の製造装置。
- 前記高周波誘導コイルは、一部が前記搬送路の両側で部品移送方向に沿って直線状に延びるように配置された第一のコイル部と、前記自動車部品を内包するように前記搬送路の部品移送方向に沿って螺旋状に巻回された第二のコイル部とで構成されている請求項5に記載の自動車部品の製造装置。
- 前記高周波誘導コイルにより自動車部品を加熱する加熱ポジションと、前記自動車部品を放冷する放冷ポジションとを、前記自動車部品を移送する搬送路の部品移送方向に沿って交互に繰り返し配置した請求項5に記載の自動車部品の製造装置。
- 前記塗装剤は、粉体塗料である請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品の製造装置。
- 前記自動車部品は、等速自在継手を構成する外側継手部材である請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品の製造装置。
- 前記自動車部品は、ドライブシャフトを構成する中間軸である請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品の製造装置。
- 高周波焼入れ後に外表面に塗装剤が塗布された上で、焼戻しと塗装剤焼付けとが高周波誘導加熱により同時に行われていることを特徴とする自動車部品。
- 前記塗装剤は、粉体塗料である請求項13に記載の自動車部品。
- 等速自在継手を構成する外側継手部材である請求項13又は14に記載の自動車部品。
- ドライブシャフトを構成する中間軸である請求項13又は14に記載の自動車部品。
