Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、リファレンス信号(Si)の2つの連続するサンプル値(Si,j,Si,j−1)と閾値(SWi)の間で各ケースにおけるトリガー時間を決定するため、レベル比較を実行することによってデジタルオシロスコープへの1以上のデジタル化信号の記録のデジタルトリガー方法及びシステムに関する。リファレンス信号(Si)の少なくとも1つのさらなるサンプル値(Si,j,Si,j)が、補間によりリファレンス信号(Si)の2つの連続するサンプル値(Si,j,Si,j−1)の間で決定される。

Claims (2)
- 当該デジタルスコープに提供される少なくとも1つの信号(S)のレベルマッチングのためのプレアンプ(1)と、前記提供される信号(S)のアナログデジタル変換のためのアナログデジタルコンバータ(2)と、トリガー時間を決定するためのデジタルトリガーシステム(5,5’,5’’,5’’’)と、前記提供される信号(S)を提供するための記録ユニット(6)とから構成されるデジタルオシロスコープであって、
前記デジタルトリガーシステム(5,5’,5’’,5’’’)は、前記アナログデジタルコンバータ(2)のサンプリングレートより高い時間分解能を提供する発生するトリガー時間を決定し、
前記提供される各信号(S)におけるリニア及び非リニア変形を補償するイコライザシステム(4)が、前記アナログデジタルコンバータ(2)の下流に接続されるデジタルオシロスコープ。 - 前記提供される信号(S)に係る計測チャネルにおける伝送時間差を補償するユニット(3)が、前記デジタルトリガーシステム(5,5’,5’’,5’’’)と前記記録ユニット(6)の上流に接続される、請求項1記載のデジタルオシロスコープ。
