Abstract
【解決手段】アミノ基含有トリアジン化合物とフェノール化合物とアルデヒドとを反応させて得られるトリアジン環含有フェノール樹脂構造を主骨格としており、かつ、その芳香核上の置換基として特定な新規リン原子含有フェノール樹脂をエポキシ樹脂用硬化剤として使用する。

(上記構造式z1〜z4中、R1、R2、R3、R4は、それぞれ独立的に、水素原子、炭素原子数1〜5のアルキル基、塩素原子、臭素原子、フェニル基、アラルキル基を表し、R5は水素原子又は炭素原子数1〜5のアルキル基を表し、Rは炭素原子1〜4のアルキル基を表し、nは芳香核上の置換基ORの数であり1〜3である。)
で表される部分構造からなる群から選択される構造部位を有することを特徴とする新規リン原子含有フェノール樹脂に関する。

で表される部分構造からなる群から選択される構造部位を有する樹脂構造を有することを特徴とするものである。

温度計、冷却管、分留管、撹拌器を取り付けたフラスコに、9,10−ジヒドロ−9−オキサ−10−ホスファフェナントレン−10−オキサイドを432質量部(2.0モル)、p−アニスアルデヒド272質量部(2.0モル)を仕込み、80℃条件下にて窒素を吹き込みながら撹拌した。その後、析出した白色固体をろ別、アセトン300質量部にて洗浄した後、乾燥し、構造式1を690重量部得た。
温度計、冷却管、分留管、撹拌器を取り付けたフラスコに、合成例1で合成した化合物(A−1)109.1質量部(0.31モル)とアミノトリアジン型フェノールノボラック樹脂(DIC製「LA−7054」不揮発分59.8%)337.5質量部(1.61モル)を仕込み、90℃下、窒素を吹き込みながら撹拌した。その後、140℃に昇温し4時間攪拌した後、160℃に昇温し4時間、更に180度に加熱し2時間撹拌した。その後、水を加熱減圧下で除去してフェノール樹脂(A−2)を296.2重量部得た。得られたフェノール樹脂の水酸基当量は190グラム/当量、軟化点140℃、180℃での溶融粘度は360dPa・sであった。得られたフェノール樹脂のGPCチャートを図1に示す。
合成例1のアミノトリアジン型クレゾールノボラック樹脂(DIC製「LA−3018−50P」不揮発分50%)403.7質量部(1.38モル)に変更し、その他は合成例1と同一条件下で反応させ、フェノール樹脂(A−3)298重量部得た。
得られたフェノール樹脂の水酸基当量は221グラム/当量、軟化点155℃、180℃での溶融粘度は400dPa・s以上であった。得られたフェノール樹脂のGPCチャートを図2に示す。
温度計、冷却管、分留管、撹拌器を取り付けたフラスコに固形のアミノトリアジン型フェノールノボラック樹脂(DIC製「LA−7054」の固形)609重量部、トルエン500mLを加え、90℃に加熱した。次いで、120℃に昇温し、9,10−ジヒドロ−9−オキサ−10−ホスファフェナントレン−10−オキサイドとホルムアルデヒドの反応物246重量部(1モル)を徐々に添加した。添加後、140℃に昇温し、10時間保持した。その後、室温まで冷却、ろ過、乾燥を経て、フェノール樹脂(A−4)を810重量部得た。得られたフェノール樹脂の水酸基当量は175グラム/当量、軟化点145℃であった。
温度計、冷却管、分留管、撹拌器を取り付けたフラスコにフェノール1410重量部(15モル)、92%パラホルムアルデヒド244.7重量部(7.5モル)、ベンゾグアナミン337重量部(1.8モル)、9,10−ジヒドロ−9−オキサ−10−ホスファフェナントレン−10−オキサイド259重量部(1.2モル)、シュウ酸11.2gを加え、加熱溶解した後、窒素置換を2回実施した。次いで、110℃に昇温視、3時間反応した後、125℃に昇温して、2時間反応を続けた。反応後、蒸留回路に切り替え、180℃に徐々に昇温して、未反応フェノールを蒸留回収することで、フェノール樹脂(A−5)1355重量部を得た。得られたフェノール樹脂の水酸基当量は365グラム/当量、軟化点161℃であった。
下記、表1記載の配合に従い、エポキシ樹脂として、DIC製N-770(フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、エポキシ当量:185g/eq)、東都化成株式会社製FX−289ZAEK75(燐含有変性エポキシ樹脂、エポキシ当量:330g/eq)、硬化剤として(A−2)、(A−3)、(A−4)、(A−5)、DIC製LA−7054、LA−3018を配合し、更に硬化触媒として2−エチル−4−メチルイミダゾール(2E4MZ)を加え、最終的に各組成物の不揮発分(N.V.)が58質量%となるようにメチルエチルケトンを配合して調整した。

プリプレグ化条件:160℃/2分
硬化条件:200℃、2.9MPa、2.0時間
成形後板厚:0.8mm、樹脂量40%
上記条件で作成した硬化物を試験片として用い、以下の各種の評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
ガラス転移温度:試験片をDMA法にて測定。昇温スピード3℃/分

「LA−7054」:フェノール/メラミン/ホルムアルデヒド共縮合樹脂(DIC製「LA−7054」、水酸基当量:125(固形分値)、不揮発分59.8%(MEKカット))
「LA−3018」:クレゾール/メラミン/ホルムアルデヒド共縮合樹脂(DIC製「LA−3018」、水酸基当量:151(固形分値)、固形)
「TD−2090」:フェノールノボラック樹脂(DIC製「TD−2090」水酸基当量:105g/eq)、
「N−770」:フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂(DIC製「N−770」、エポキシ当量185g/eq)、
「リン変性エポキシ樹脂」:フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂と9,10−ジヒドロ−9−オキサ−10−ホスファフェナントレン−10−オキサイドとの反応生成物であるリン変性エポキシ樹脂、エポキシ当量330g/eq.、リン含有量3.0質量%)
Claims (14)
- アミノ基含有トリアジン化合物とフェノール化合物とアルデヒドとを反応させて得られるトリアジン環含有フェノール樹脂構造を主骨格としており、かつ、その芳香核上の置換基として下記構造式z1〜z4
(上記構造式z1〜z4中、R1、R2、R3、R4は、それぞれ独立的に、水素原子、炭素原子数1〜5のアルキル基、塩素原子、臭素原子、フェニル基、アラルキル基を表し、R5は水素原子又は炭素原子数1〜5のアルキル基を表し、Rは炭素原子1〜4のアルキル基を表し、nは芳香核上の置換基ORの数であり1〜3である。)
で表される部分構造からなる群から選択される構造部位を有することを特徴とする新規リン原子含有フェノール樹脂。 - アルコキシ基を芳香核上の置換基として有する芳香族アルデヒド(a1)、及び、P−H基又はP−OH基を分子構造中に有する有機リン化合物(a2)を反応させ、次いで、得られた反応生成物を、アミノ基含有トリアジン化合物とフェノール化合物とアルデヒドとを反応させて得られるトリアジン環含有フェノール樹脂(a3)と反応させて得られる樹脂構造を有する請求項1記載の新規リン原子含有フェノール樹脂。
- アルコキシ基を芳香核上の置換基として有する芳香族アルデヒド(a1)、及び、P−H基又はP−OH基を分子構造中に有する有機リン化合物(a2)を反応させ、次いで、得られた反応生成物を、前記アミノ基含有トリアジン化合物とフェノール化合物とアルデヒドとを反応させて得られるトリアジン環含有フェノール樹脂(a3)と反応させることを特徴とするリン原子含有フェノール樹脂の製造方法。
- エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤(A)及びエポキシ樹脂(B)を必須成分とする硬化性樹脂組成物であって、前記エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤(A)として、前記請求項1又は2記載の新規リン原子含有フェノール樹脂を用いることを特徴とする硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤(A)と、前記エポキシ樹脂(B)との配合比率が、エポキシ樹脂(B)のエポキシ基の合計1当量に対して、前記エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤(A)中の活性水素が0.7〜1.5当量となる割合である請求項7記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂用硬化剤(A)及び前記エポキシ樹脂(B)に加え、更に硬化促進剤(C)を配合する請求項5記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
- (A)成分〜(C)成分に加え、更に、有機溶剤(D)を含有する請求項7記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項5〜8の何れか1つに記載の硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化させてなる硬化物。
- 請求項8記載の組成物からなるプリント配線基板用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項8記載の組成物からなるフレキシブル配線基板用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項8記載の組成物をガラス基材に含浸、次いで硬化させてなるプリント配線基板。
- 請求項5記載の組成物に加え、更に無機充填剤を含有する半導体封止材料用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項5記載の組成物からなるビルドアップ基板用層間絶縁材料用樹脂組成物。
