Claims (1)
- 酸素を主に含む原料ガスを用い、放電によって前記酸素からオゾンを発生させる、オゾン発生装置の運転方法であって、
酸素純度が99.8%以上の前記原料ガスのみを用い、前記放電にかかる放電電力密度を0.1W/cm2以下にして、運転を継続させて、所定の濃度のオゾンを発生させるオゾン発生装置の運転方法。
