Abstract
【解決手段】 外装体1B内に封入された素子本体1Aを備える電気化学デバイスにおいて、外装体1Bの周辺領域は、フィルムの厚み方向(Z軸方向)に弾性力を有する単数又は複数の弾性構造R1,R2を備えている。それぞれの弾性構造R1,R2は、フィルム外縁に沿って折り曲げられた外装体1Bの第1領域と、第1領域に対向する外装体1Bの第2領域とを備えている。この第1領域のフィルム外縁に沿った方向の両端部R11,R13(R21,R23)は、第2領域に接触し、且つ、両端部R11,R13(R21,R23)間において、第1領域と第2領域との間には隙間(最大値2R)がある。

Claims (4)
- 対向するフィルムの周辺領域同士を接着してなる外装体と、前記外装体内に封入された素子本体と、を備える電気化学デバイスにおいて、
前記外装体の周辺領域は、前記フィルムの厚み方向に弾性力を有する単数又は複数の弾性構造を備えており、
それぞれの前記弾性構造は、
フィルム外縁に沿って折り曲げられた前記外装体の第1領域と、
前記第1領域に対向する前記外装体の第2領域と、
を備え、
前記第1領域の前記フィルム外縁に沿った方向の両端部は、前記第2領域に接触し、且つ、前記両端部間において、前記第1領域と前記第2領域との間には隙間がある、
ことを特徴とする電気化学デバイス。 - 前記両端部間における前記隙間の前記外装体表面からの高さの最大値(2R)と、前記表面からの前記外装体の中央部の高さの最大値(H)とは、H/2≦2R≦1.2×Hなる関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記両端部のそれぞれにおける前記第1領域と前記第2領域との接触面積(AR)と、前記フィルム外縁と前記第1領域の折り曲げ位置との間の前記外装体の長さ(h)とは、h/3≦AR≦3×hなる関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記隙間内に充填された発泡樹脂を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電気化学デバイス。
