Abstract
皮膚表層及び/又は皮膚角質層に折れることなく容易且つ均一に刺入でき、かつ皮膚表層及び/又は皮膚角質層において容易に溶解するマイクロニードルを提供する。
【解決手段】本発明のマイクロニードルアレイは、ヒアルロン酸51〜80重量%、デキストラン10〜40重量%及びポリビニルピロリドン5〜20重量%により構成されているマイクロニードルを備えることを特徴とする。ここに前記ヒアルロン酸の分子量は60万〜400万であることが望ましい。マイクロニードルには高分子の薬効成分を含有させることができる。

Description
(1)マイクロニードルの形状が穿設された型に、マイクロニードル素材に医薬成分を添加した水溶液を流延し、室温下又は加熱して水分を蒸発して乾燥する。その上にマイクロニードル素材のみの水溶液を流延して基板を積層した後剥離し、基板上にマイクロニードルを転写する方法。マイクロニードルにのみ医薬成分が含有されたマイクロニードルアレイが得られる。
(2)上記型表面上に上記水溶液を流延し、室温下又は加熱して水分を蒸発して乾燥した後剥離する方法。この方法では、マイクロニードルのほか基板にも医薬成分が添加されたマイクロニードルアレイが得られる。
この結果、皮膚表層及び/又は皮膚角質層の特定の場所にマイクロニードル素材やそれに含有される薬剤を確実に供給することができる。
図1に実施例のマイクロニードルの断面図を示す。本発明の実施例と比較例で用いたマイクロニードルの材質とマイクロニードルに含めた薬物をまとめて表1に示す。マイクロニードルの材質は、マイクロニードルを構成する3成分の重量比で示す。薬物の濃度は、マイクロニードル重量に対する重量%で示す。
図2は本発明のマイクロニードルアレイの製造方法の一例を示す断面図である。図中1は、感光性樹脂に光照射するリソグラフィ法により所定形状のマイクロニードルパターンを形成した後、電鋳加工することにより所定形状のマイクロニードルパターンを転写したマイクロニードル形成用凹部11が形成された鋳型である。
マイクロニードル形成用凹部11は根元の直径が0.2mm、先端直径が0.04mm、深さ0.8mの円錐台状であり、0.8mm間隔に格子状に配列されており、1cm2あたり144個形成されている。又、マイクロニードル形成用凹部11は1辺が1.0cmの正方形内に形成されている。
作製したマイクロニードルアレイのベース部の硬度をJIS鉛筆硬度測定法により測定した。各マイクロニードルの鉛筆硬度を表2にまとめた。
Claims (4)
- マイクロニードルがヒアルロン酸50〜80重量%、デキストラン10〜40重量%及びポリビニルピロリドン5〜20重量%により構成されていることを特徴とするマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 前記ヒアルロン酸の分子量が60万以上、400万以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロニードルアレイ。
- 該マイクロニードルの形状が円錐型、円錐台型又はコニーデ型であり、その根元直径は0.15〜1.0mm、先端直径は0.01〜0.08mm、高さは0.2〜1.2mmであり、マイクロニードルとマイクロニードルのピッチが0.4〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のマイクロニードルアレイ。
- マイクロニードルに高分子の薬効成分である生理活性ペプチド類とその誘導体、核酸、オリゴヌクレオチドのいずれかが添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロニードルアレイ。
