Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、ガラス製品上に酸化鉄コーティングを施す方法を定める。製品は、建築用グレイジングとして用いられるのが好ましい。上記方法には、コーティングが蒸着される表面を有する加熱ガラス基材を供給する過程が含まれる。コーティングされる表面に向けてかつその表面に沿って、フェロセン及びオキシダントが送り出され、フェロセン及びオキシダントはガラス基材の表面またはその付近で反応して酸化鉄コーティングを形成する。

Claims (8)
- コーティングされたガラス製品であって、
ソーダ石灰ガラス基材と、
その上に蒸着された酸化鉄コーティングであって、主として酸化鉄をFe2O3の形で含む酸化鉄コーティングとを含み、
前記コーティングされたガラス製品が、透過光及び反射光の両方に対して、−5ないし10の値a*と、10ないし40の値b*とを有することを特徴とするコーティングされたガラス製品。 - 前記酸化鉄コーティングの厚さが、300ないし700Åであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティングされたガラス製品。
- 前記酸化鉄コーティングの厚さが、400ないし650Åであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティングされたガラス製品。
- 前記酸化鉄コーティングの厚さが、500ないし625Åであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティングされたガラス製品。
- 透過光及び反射光の両方に対して、前記値a*が−1ないし8の間にあり、前記値b*が18ないし40の間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティングされたガラス製品。
- 透過光に対する前記値a*が0より大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコーティングされたガラス製品。
- 前記ガラス基材の上に1以上の追加の層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティングされたガラス製品。
- コーティングされたガラス製品であって、
ソーダ石灰ガラス基材と、
その上に蒸着された酸化鉄コーティングであって、主として酸化鉄をFe2O3の形で含む酸化鉄コーティングとを含み、
前記コーティングされたガラス製品が、透過光(T)及び反射光(Rg)の両方に対して金色の発色を有し、透過光及び反射光の両方に対して、0より大きく10以下の値a*と、10ないし40の値b*とを有することを特徴とするコーティングされたガラス製品。
