Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンEの排気管102に設けられ、排気ガス中のNOx濃度を検出するNOxセンサ110を診断するNOxセンサ診断装置において、PF(ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルター)再生時、PTO(パワーテイクオフ)作動時、あるいは排気ブレーキ作動時には、NOxセンサ110の診断を禁止する診断禁止判定部4を備えたものである。

Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気管に設けられ、排気ガス中のNOx濃度を検出するNOxセンサを診断するNOxセンサ診断装置において、
ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルター再生、パワーテイクオフ作動及び排気ブレーキ作動の少なくとも1つが検出されたときに前記NOxセンサの診断を禁止する診断禁止判定部を備えたことを特徴とするNOxセンサ診断装置。 - 前記エンジンの稼働状態を基に排気ガス中のNOx濃度の計算値を求める計算値演算部と、
前記計算値演算部で求めたNOx濃度の計算値と、前記NOxセンサが検出したNOx濃度の検出値との乖離が判定用閾値よりも大きくなったときに、前記NOxセンサが異常であると判断する異常判定部と、を備える請求項1記載のNOxセンサ診断装置。 - エンジンの排気管に設けられたSCR(選択還元触媒)装置と、
前記SCR装置の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
前記SCR装置の上流側に設けられた前記NOxセンサと、
前記NOxセンサで検出したNOx濃度の検出値に応じて尿素水噴射量を制御する尿素水噴射制御部と、を備えたSCRシステムにおいて、
請求項1または2記載のNOxセンサ診断装置を備えたことを特徴とするSCRシステム。
