Abstract
【解決手段】外周面にねじ部を備えたラックロッド1と、前記ラックロッドの外周に設けられ、前記ラックロッドに対して回転可能でかつ軸方向移動可能に設けたホルダ部材3と、前記ホルダ部材に回転可能に支持され、外周面に前記ねじ部と噛合う環状溝を有し、かつ前記ラックロッドの中心軸に対して、ラックロッドに設けた前記ねじ部に前記環状溝が噛み合うような軸角でねじり配置された公転ローラ21とを備え、前記ねじ部と前記環状溝の噛合い箇所における前記ねじ部の前記環状溝との当接面を、半径方向で曲率の異なる凸曲面とする。

Description
1.公転ローラ21の中央にホルダ3と一体化する中心軸(ローラシャフト4)を設け、これまでローラ両端に配置していたラジアル軸受けをローラの内側に配置した構造とした。このため、機構の全長を小型化することができる。

Claims (8)
- 外周面にねじ部を備えたラックロッドと、
前記ラックロッドの外周に設けられ、前記ラックロッドに対して回転可能でかつ軸方向移動可能に設けたホルダ部材と、
前記ホルダ部材に回転可能に支持され、外周面に前記ねじ部と噛合う環状溝を有し、かつ前記ラックロッドの中心軸に対して、ラックロッドに設けた前記ねじ部に前記環状溝が噛み合うような軸角でねじり配置された公転ローラとを備え、
前記ねじ部と前記環状溝の噛合い箇所における前記ねじ部の前記環状溝との当接面を、半径方向で曲率の異なる凸曲面とすることを特徴とする回転直動変換機構。 - 請求項1記載の回転直動変換機構において、
前記当接面の曲率は前記ねじ部の当接面のうちの噛み合い領域で小さく、内周側で大きく設定したことを特徴とする回転直動変換機構。 - 請求項1記載の回転直動変換機構において、
前記当接面の噛み合い領域の曲率と前記噛み合い領域の内周側の曲率とは不連続であることを特徴とする回転直動変換機構。 - 外周面にねじ部を備えたラックロッドと、
前記ラックロッドの外周に設けられ、前記ラックロッドに対して回転可能でかつ軸方向移動可能に設けたホルダ部材と、
前記ホルダ部材に回転可能に支持され、外周面に前記ねじ部と噛合う環状溝を有し、かつ前記ラックロッドの中心軸に対して、ラックロッドに設けた前記ねじ部に前記環状溝が噛み合うような軸角でねじり配置された公転ローラとを備え、
前記ねじ部と前記環状溝の噛合い箇所における前記ねじ部の前記環状溝との当接面の一方のみを、半径方向で曲率の異なる凸曲面とすることを特徴とする回転直動変換機構。 - 請求項4記載の回転直動変換機構において、
前記ラックロッドとホルダ部材間に印加する荷重の方向は、前記ねじ部の一方の当接面と環状溝が圧接される方向であることを特徴とする回転直動変換機構。 - 請求項4記載の回転直動変換機構において、
前記一方の当接面の曲率は前記ねじ部の当接面のうちの噛み合い領域で小さく、内周側で大きく設定したことを特徴とする回転直動変換機構。 - 請求項1記載の回転直動変換機構において、
前記当接面の噛み合い領域の曲率と前記噛み合い領域の内周側の曲率とは不連続であることを特徴とする回転直動変換機構。 - 外周面にねじ部を備えたラックロッドと、
前記ラックロッドの外周に設けられ、前記ラックロッドに対して回転可能でかつ軸方向移動可能に設けたホルダ部材と、
前記ホルダ部材に回転可能に支持され、外周面に前記ねじ部と噛合う環状溝を有し、かつ前記ラックロッドの中心軸に対して、ラックロッドに設けた前記ねじ部に前記環状溝が噛み合うような軸角でねじり配置された公転ローラとを備えた回転直動変換機構の製造方法において、
前記ねじ部と前記環状溝の噛合い箇所におけるねじ山断面線の曲率を、噛み合い箇所近傍に比して前記ねじ部の内周側で大きく設定し、該断面線をラックロッドのねじ螺旋に沿ってスイープさせて研削することによりラックロッドのねじ部を形成することを特徴とする回転直動変換機構の製造方法。
