Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、織物の布帛ウェブ(10)として、2つの互いに対向する表面と、その表面に形成された開孔部(16)とを具備する、プラスチックフィラメントを含むスレッド(12,14)が交差した表面体に関するもので、本発明によれば、表面体は、表面層として布帛ウェブの1つの側に形成された金属被覆を有しており、かつ、布帛ウェブの15〜80%、特に、20〜70%が、網目状介在空間(16)の形態に、開口面として構成されていることを特徴とする。

Description
で、ついで、それぞれ一つのガラスまたはプラスチック製のプレートが続くように実施することがさらに好ましい。0.2〜2mmの範囲の好適な厚さ、好ましくは0.38〜0.76mmの範囲の厚さを有する、たとえばPVB(あるいは、PVA、EVA、TPUなどでもよい)のようなフィルムを有利に選択して、有害な気泡等の発生を避けるためにオートクレーブ処理または真空処理をすることにより、有利な光学特性及び建築特性と高い耐裂安全性とが見事に組み合わさった積層体を製作することができる(さらなる一改良形態では、プレートの材料として、特に、コンポジットガラスまたは安全ガラスが使用されてもよい)。
Claims (12)
- 布帛ウェブ(10)として、2つの互いに対向する表面と、その表面に形成された開孔部(16)とを具備する、プラスチックフィラメントを含むスレッド(12,14)が交差した表面体において、
表面層として、前記布帛ウェブの1つの側に形成された金属被覆を有しており、かつ、
前記布帛ウェブの15〜80%、特に、20〜70%が、網目状介在空間(16)の形態に、開口面として構成されていることを特徴とする、表面体。 - 請求項1において、前記表面層が、Au、Cu、Ti、Cr、Al、およびAlCuからなるグループおよび/またはこれらの合金から選ばれる金属を含むことを特徴とする表面体。
- 請求項1または2において、前記1つの側に適用された表面層が、第1金属層である下地と、その上に適用された第2金属層とを有することを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項3において、前記第1金属層である下地がAlを含み、および/またはその上に適用された前記第2金属層がAu、AlCuまたはCuを含むことを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項において、前記金属被覆の厚さが50〜200nmの範囲、特に、60〜120nmの範囲にあり、および/または前記金属被覆がスパッタリングもしくは蒸着によって形成されていることを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項において、前記プラスチックフィラメントが、モノフィラメント、特に、Puもしくはポリエステルのモノフィラメントを含み、および/または前記プラスチックフィラメントが黒色に着色されていることを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項において、1つの側が金属被覆された前記布帛ウェブの厚さが、100〜400μmの範囲、特に、140〜260μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項において、前記織物の布帛ウェブが、前記表面の少なくとも1つ、好ましくは、両方の表面において、ガラスまたはプラスチックプレート上に介在するフィルム状プラスチック層に固着していることを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項8において、前記フィルム状プラスチック層が、PVB、PVA、EVAおよびTPUからなるグループから選択されるフィルム材料を含んでおり、および/または前記フィルム状プラスチック層の厚さが、未処理状態で、0.2〜2mmの範囲、特に、0.38〜0.76mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項において、前記織物の布帛ウェブ(10)が、エッジで2つのガラス層の間にクランプされており、好ましくは、前記ガラス層間の空間が、真空であるか、または保護ガスもしくは不活性ガスで充填されていることを特徴とする、表面体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項において、前記織物の布帛ウェブが一対のプラスチック製プレートの間に挿入されており、
そのプラスチック材料は、プラスチック製プレートと介在する布帛ウェブとからなる層構造体が熱処理されることによる効果として、布帛ウェブとの機械的結合が生じるように選択されていることを特徴とする、表面体。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項において、印刷パターンが、前記金属被覆に対して適用されており、特に、デジタル印刷または昇華印刷によって適用されていることを特徴とする、表面体。
