Abstract
Description
本出願は、米国仮出願番号第61/086,022号の優先権を主張し、これは、参照により本明細書に組み込まれている。
「ケイ素源」という表現は、本明細書で使用される場合、式R4−xSi(L)xの化合物を示し、式中のRは、アルキル、アリール又はアルキル−アリール、例えば、ベンジルであり、Lは、独立して、Cl、Br、I又はOR’であり、ここで、R’は、アルキル又はベンジルであり、xは、1〜4の整数であるか、又は、xは、1〜3の整数である。「ケイ素源」は、Si−O−Si結合の網目構造を形成できるように選択される。「ケイ素源」は、式R4−xSi(L)xの1つ又はそれ以上の当該化合物を含むと理解される。
77Kでの窒素の吸着脱離等温線は、Micrometrics TriStarTM 3000システムを用いて測定する。TristarTM 3000 4.01モデルを用いてデータを分析する。吸着枝と脱離枝の両方を、孔径分布を算出するために用いる。
基質に関する転化率は、Perkin Elmer Clarus 600C Mass Spectrometerを装備したPerkin Elmer Clarus 600 Gas Chromatographを用いてGC/MS分析によって決定する。
インジェクション:スプリットモード(20:1)で1uL;
インジェクタ温度:280℃;
オーブン温度:50℃で4.5分保持、300℃に到達するまで25℃/分の勾配、0.5分保持(合計実行時間=15.00分);
トランスファーライン温度:280℃;
キャリア:ヘリウム 1mL/分。
MS法:イオン化モード:EI+;
スキャン質量:2〜600のm/z;
スキャン時間:0〜15分。
Claims (10)
- 1つ又はそれ以上の金属触媒又はそれらの前駆体、及びシリカを含有してなり、当該金属触媒又はそれらの前駆体が、当該シリカのSi−O−Si結合の網目構造に組み込まれている、金属含有有機シリカ触媒。
- 当該金属含有有機シリカ触媒中の金属が、遷移金属であるか、又は周期表のIIIa族〜VIa族の金属である、請求項1に記載の金属含有有機シリカ触媒。
- (i)ケイ素源と加水分解作用のある溶媒とを混合すること;(ii)1つ又はそれ以上の金属触媒又はそれらの前駆体を加えること;(iii)工程(ii)の混合物を縮合触媒で処理すること及び(iv)随意に、工程(iii)で得られた混合物を、金属触媒に必要な酸化レベルを与えるように、1つ又はそれ以上の還元剤で処理することを含有してなる、金属含有有機シリカ触媒を製造する方法。
- 当該工程(iv)が、工程(iii)で得られた混合物を1つ又はそれ以上の還元剤で処理することを含有してなる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 当該還元剤が、ヒドリド系還元剤を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 当該工程(ii)が、当該金属触媒の1つ又はそれ以上の前駆体を加えることである、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 当該金属前駆体が、金属錯体、金属塩、又はこれらの対応する無水形態若しくは溶媒和形態である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 当該ケイ素源が、式R4−xSi(L)x(式中、Rは、アルキル、アリール又はアルキル−アリール、例えば、ベンジルであり、Lは、独立して、Cl、Br、I又はOR’であり、ここで、R’は、アルキル又はベンジルであり、xは、1〜4の整数である)の化合物である、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属触媒による反応を行うための、請求項1に定義されるような金属含有有機シリカ触媒の使用。
- 請求項1に記載の金属含有有機シリカ触媒を提供すること、当該触媒反応に参入することが可能な少なくとも1つの反応剤を提供すること、当該少なくとも1つの反応剤を拡散させ、当該金属含有有機シリカ触媒の金属に吸着させること、及び当該触媒反応で得られた生成物を当該金属から脱離させ、そしてその固体表面から拡散させて、当該金属含有有機シリカ触媒の金属にある触媒部位を再生させることを含有してなる、触媒反応を行う方法。
