Claims (11)
- 内装トリム部材(100)の製造工程であって、
フィルム層(110)を提供するステップと、
電気回線経路(132)を提供するために前記フィルム層(110)の背面(114)に導電性インク/塗料(132)を適用するステップと、
前記フィルム層(110)の前記背面に基板(120)を取り付けるステップと
を備えることを特徴とする製造工程。 - 前記導電性インク/塗料(132)が、前記フィルム層(110)に印刷され、噴霧され、及び/又はスクリーン印刷されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造工程。
- 前記基板(120)が、前記フィルム層(110)の背後に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の製造工程。
- 好ましくは、前記導電性インク/塗料(13)が適用された後で、前記フィルム層(110)が所望の形状に予備成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の製造工程。
- 前記基板が、前記フィルム層(110)の前記背面(114)の一部のみを覆うことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の製造工程。
- 背面に電子回線経路(132)を有するフィルム層(110)を備える内装トリム部材(100)であって、前記電子回線経路(132)が、導電性インク/塗料で作られることを特徴とする内装トリム部材(100)。
- 前記フィルム層(110)の前記背面(114)において少なくとも部分的に基板(120)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の内装トリム部材(100)。
- フィルム層(110)部材が、可撓性材料で作られることを特徴とする内装トリム部材(100)。
- 前記電子回線経路(132)が、容量性スイッチに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8に記載の内装トリム部材(100)。
- 前記容量性スイッチが、前記フィルム層(100)の背面に適用される導電性インク/塗料で作られることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内装トリム部材(100)。
- 可撓性突出部(116)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10に記載の内装トリム部材。
