Claims (5)
- 歯髄幹細胞に核初期化物質を接触させることを含む、人工多能性幹細胞の製造方法。
- 核初期化物質が、以下の(1)〜(3)のいずれかの組み合わせ、またはそれらをコードする核酸を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
(1)Oct3/4, Klf4およびSox2
(2)Oct3/4, Klf4, Sox2およびc-Myc
(3)Oct3/4, Klf4, Sox2およびL-Myc - 歯髄幹細胞がヒト由来である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 人工多能性幹細胞が、個々人、または多種類のHLA抗原の型に対応するバンクの形態である、請求項3記載の方法。
- 人工多能性幹細胞を製造するための体細胞ソースとしての、歯髄幹細胞の使用。
