Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 体腔内の生体組織の領域を第1照射し、
血液量センサ(6)が前記組織の前記照射領域に接触しているか否かを第1判断し、
前記血液量センサ(6)が前記照射領域に接触していない場合、前記センサ(6)により反射光を検出し、
前記検出した反射光に基づいて、異物が前記血液量センサ(6)上に存在するか否かを第2判断する、
ことを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1判断で、前記血液量センサ(6)が前記照射領域に接触していると判断されると、前記検出では、作用光を検出して前記照射領域の血液量の指標を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記異物が前記血液量センサ(6)上に存在するか否かを判断する前記第2判断の結果に基づいて、血液量データを確認することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記血液量データに基づき前記体腔内で内視鏡(7)を導くことを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記内視鏡(7)を用いて前記組織を目視観測するために前記組織を第2照射することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1照射に使用される第1の光は第1の波長範囲にあり、前記第2照射に使用される第2の光は前記第1の波長範囲とは異なる第2の波長範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の光および前記第2の光は交互に出射されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1判断は手動または自動で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の光は第1の波長を有し、前記第2の光は前記第1の波長とは異なる第2の波長を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の光は、赤、緑、および青の光を順次放射したものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の光は、広帯域光であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 体腔内部の生体組織の領域を照射する第1の照射部(202)と、
前記照射領域内の血液量を検出するセンサ(6)であり、窓(208)と前記照射領域からの反射光を前記窓(208)を介して受光する受光部とを有するセンサ(6)と、
前記受光した反射光を分析し、前記窓(208)上の障害の存在を示す出力信号を生成する処理部(5)と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記生体組織の前記領域を照射する第2の照射部(212)と、
前記第2の照射部(212)により生成された光を利用して前記生体組織の前記領域を視覚的に観測するセンサ(214)と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の照射部(202)により生成される光は第1の波長範囲にあり、前記第2の照射部(212)により生成される光は前記第1の波長範囲とは異なる第2の波長範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の照射部(202、212)に連結され、前記照射部(202、212)が同時に光を出射しないように前記照射部(202、212)を操作する光制御部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- カプセル内視鏡(120)を更に有し、前記照射部(202)と前記受光部が前記カプセル内視鏡(120)内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
