Description

Claims (11)
- 反射プローブ(1)の形態の測定装置であって、窓面(3)において窓(9)の形態の測定位置と、前面(2)においてフラッシングノズルの形態の洗浄装置と、を備えており、
窓(9)は、窓面(3)に平面の形状で一体となっており、測定装置の前面(2)に対して10度〜25度の角度で傾いており、フラッシングノズルは、窓面(3)の割合によって減少された前面(2)に一体となっており、フラッシングノズルの出口開口(5)は、前面(2)において窓面(3)近傍に位置していることを特徴とする、測定装置。 - 窓(9)の開口(4)は、プロセス空間の方向に開口を有する切除部として構成されており、前記開口は、反対側の切除部の開口の面積より大きい面積を有しており、窓(9)は、プロセス空間の方向に開口の形状及び面積を有している、請求項1記載の測定装置。
- 窓(9)は、窓面側には、窓面として前面に対して同じ取付角度を有し、反対側には、前面に対して平行となっている、本体である、請求項1又は2に記載の測定装置。
- フラッシングノズルの出口開口(5)は、窓面に対する前面の接触で形成されるエッジのスロット又はスリットの形態で構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の測定装置。
- スロット又はスリットの高さに対する幅の割合は、少なくとも5である、請求項4記載の測定装置。
- フラッシングノズルの出口開口(5)は、少なくとも、出口開口(5)に対して垂直な窓(9)の程度と同等に、前面に対して平行な程度を有している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の測定装置。
- フラッシングノズルは、供給ライン(8)を介して、フラッシング流体が供給され、供給ライン(8)は、窓(9)とフラッシングノズルとの間の延長ラインに沿って、フラッシングノズルの出口開口(5)に対してオフセットされている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の測定装置。
- プローブシャフトを受け入れるための穴(7)を備えるケースを有しており、プローブシャフトは、穴にねじ止め又はクランプされている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の測定装置。
- プローブシャフトは、回転保護のばね荷重コネクタの手段によって、プローブシャフトを受け入れるように、穴(7)に回転に対して固定されて取り付けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の測定装置。
- 薬学的及び食品技術プロセスにおいて、その分光モニタリングに対する請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の測定装置の使用。
- パドルドライヤー及び造粒機における請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の測定装置の使用。
