Description

Claims (23)
- 光電脈波(PPG)信号を検出するステップと、
検出されたPPG信号内の少なくとも2つの特性点を特定するステップと、
検出されたPPG信号内の少なくとも2つの特性点のうちの2つの間の時間差を決定するステップと、
決定された時間差に少なくとも部分的に基づいて血圧測定値を決定するステップと、を含む、血圧を監視する方法。 - 検出されたPPG信号内の少なくとも2つの特性点を特定するステップが、PPG信号の少なくとも1つの導関数の少なくとも1つの定常点または変曲点を特定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 検出されたPPG信号内の少なくとも2つの特性点を特定するステップが、PPG信号の時間領域内の局所転回点を特定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 検出されたPPG信号内の少なくとも2つの特性点を特定するステップが、PPG信号の二次導関数内の第2のピークを特定するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
