Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 添加剤注入装置から下流にあるエンジン排気システムで使用するための排気混合装置であって、
一対の連動するブレード構造であって、前記ブレード構造のそれぞれは、前記ブレード構造の第1の側から延在する第1の一対のベーン及び前記ブレード構造の対向側から延在する第2の一対のベーンを備える排気混合装置。 - それぞれの対のベーンのうちの前記ベーンのそれぞれは、前記対の他方のベーンの混合角度と一致する混合角度で前記対応するブレード構造から延在する請求項1に記載の排気混合装置。
- それぞれの対のベーンの前記混合角度は、反対方向である請求項2に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記ブレード構造のそれぞれは、他方のブレード構造と連動する単一部分である請求項1に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記ブレード構造は、互いに同一であるが、逆の向きに連動する請求項4に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記ブレード構造のそれぞれは、スパインを前記スパインから延在する前記第1の対のベーン及び前記第2の対のベーンとともにさらに備える請求項1に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記スパインのそれぞれは、前記混合装置の中心軸に平行な平面内にある請求項6に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記スパインのそれぞれは、他方のブレードの前記スパインを受け入れるサイズのノッチを備える請求項6に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記スパインのそれぞれは、穿孔されている請求項6に記載の排気混合装置。
- 取り付け用フランジは、前記スパインのうちのそれぞれのスパインの対向端部から延在する請求項6に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記ブレードは、互いに法線方向に配列される請求項1に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記ベーンは、すべて同じサイズ及び形状である請求項1に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記ベーンのうちの少なくとも1つのベーンが二股になっており、前記ベーンから延在する少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルを画成する請求項1に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルはそれぞれ、前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルのうちの他方のバッフルの向きと異なる、前記混合装置に関する向きを有する請求項13に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルはそれぞれ、前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルのうちの他方のバッフルのサイズ及び形状と異なるサイズ及び形状を有する請求項13に記載の排気混合装置。
- 添加剤注入装置から下流にあるエンジン排気システムで使用するための排気混合装置であって、
8つのベーンを備え、前記ベーンのうちの4つのベーンは前記混合装置の第1の側から延在し、中心軸の周りに等間隔で並ぶ円周配列の形で配列され、前記ベーンのうちの他の4つのベーンは前記混合装置の対向側から延在し、等間隔に並ぶ円周配列の形で前記他の4つのベーンと反対に配列される排気混合装置。 - 前記ベーンのそれぞれは、他方のベーンの混合角度と一致する混合角度で前記混合装置から延在する請求項16に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記第1の側の前記ベーンの前記混合角度は、前記混合装置の前記反対側の前記ベーンの前記混合角度と逆の方向である請求項17に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記第1の側のベーンのうちの2つの前記ベーン及び前記第2の側のベーンのうちの2つの前記ベーンがスパインから延在する請求項16に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記スパインは、前記混合装置の中心軸に平行な平面内にある請求項19に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記スパインは、穿孔されている請求項19に記載の排気混合装置。
- 取り付け用フランジは、前記スパインの対向端部から延在する請求項19に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記ベーンのうちの少なくとも1つのベーンが二股になっており、前記ベーンから延在する少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルを画成する請求項16に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルはそれぞれ、前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルのうちの他方のバッフルの向きと異なる、前記混合装置に関する向きを有する請求項23に記載の排気混合装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルはそれぞれ、前記少なくとも2つのエンド・バッフルのうちの他方のバッフルのサイズ及び形状と異なるサイズ及び形状を有する請求項23に記載の排気混合装置。
