To both revolution power imparting apparatuses A, B, plural fins 2, 2' directed to different directions are attached. By said fins 2, 2', more inclination and, in addition thereto, necessary torsion are imparted to the trnsferred fluids without generating excessive fluid resistance to perfectly mix the fluids by imparting smooth revolution power thereto.
