Abstract
Description
そこで本発明の課題は、冒頭に述べた形式の管縮小部材を改良して、公知の解決策と比較して小型でコンパクトに構成され、特に敷設しようとする配管のために小さいスペースしか提供されない配管設置条件下において、異なる内径を有する2つの管を簡単に接続することができるようなものを提供することである。
この課題は本発明によれば、所定の貫流方向で流体を貫流させるために設けられた内部容積を有する、プラスチック材料より成る管縮小部材において、該管縮小部材が、第1の区分と第2の区分とから形成されていて、これらの第1の区分と第2の区分とが、互いに面一に隣接し合う内壁を有しており、第1の区分の内壁が、内部容積の、円筒形に形成された第1の部分容積を画成しており、第2の区分の内壁が前記内部容積の第2の部分容積を画成しており、該第2の部分容積が、前記第1の部分容積に向かって次第に減少する横断面を有するように構成されていることによって解決された。
Claims (10)
- 所定の貫流方向で流体を貫流させるために設けられた内部容積(12)を有する、プラスチック材料より成る管縮小部材(10)において、該管縮小部材(10)が、第1の区分(14)と第2の区分(16)とから形成されていて、これらの第1の区分(14)と第2の区分(16)とが、互いに面一に隣接し合う内壁(18,20)を有しており、第1の区分(14)の内壁(18)が、内部容積(12)の、円筒形に形成された第1の部分容積(22)を画成しており、第2の区分(16)の内壁(20)が前記内部容積(12)の第2の部分容積(24)を画成しており、該第2の部分容積(24)が、前記第1の部分容積(22)に向かって次第に減少する横断面を有するように構成されていることを特徴とする、プラスチック材料より成る管縮小部材(10)。
- 第2の部分容積(24)が、第1の部分容積(22)に隣接する上面を有する円錐台形に構成されている、請求項1記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 第1の区分(14)と第2の区分(16)とが、管縮小部材(10)の中央の長手方向軸線(48)を中心にしてほぼ回転対称的に構成されている、請求項1又は2記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 第1の区分(14)が外周壁(28)を有しており、該外周壁(28)に、窪み(32)を有する段部(30)が形成されている、請求項3記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 前記段部(30)が、第1の区分(14)の端面(35)に対して50mm乃至70mmの範囲内の間隔を有している、請求項4記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 第1の区分(14)の端部領域(29)が、第2の区分(16)の外径よりも小さい外径を有しており、前記端部領域(29)の外径が、70mm乃至80mmの範囲の大きさを有していて、第2の区分(16)の外径が、85mm乃至165mmの範囲の大きさを有している、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 前記第1の部分容積(22)が、60mm乃至65mmの直径を有する円形の横断面を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 第2の部分容積(24)が、直径60mm乃至65mmの円形の最小横断面(26)及び、直径70mm乃至140mmの円形の最大横断面(34)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 管縮小部材(10)が、120mm乃至180mmの範囲の全長を有しており、第1の区分(14)が、50mm乃至80mの範囲の長さを有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の管縮小部材(10)。
- 少なくとも2つの管より成る装置において、該装置の端部区分(36,38)が、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の管縮小部材(10)によって接続されていることを特徴とする、少なくとも2つの管より成る装置。
