Description

Claims (10)
- カプセルと、
前記カプセルに取り付けられ、ダイ取付け凹部を含むキャリア、前記ダイ取付け凹部内に取り付けられたトランスデューサダイ、および前記キャリア上に堆積された少なくとも1つの導電性リードを有し、前記少なくとも1つの導電性リードが前記トランスデューサダイに相互接続された、トランスデューサモジュールであって、前記ダイ取付け凹部が、前記トランスデューサダイの外周より大きな外周を有し、前記トランスデューサダイの少なくとも1つの縁部と前記外周との間に溝を形成する、トランスデューサモジュールと、
前記トランスデューサダイを前記ダイ取付け凹部に取り付けるために前記溝に設置された接着剤と、
を備えるカテーテル先端デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導電性リードが、少なくとも1つのボンドワイヤを介して前記トランスデューサダイに電気的に相互接続される、請求項1記載のカテーテル先端デバイス。
- 前記キャリアが成形相互接続装置(MID)技術を使用して製造される、請求項1記載のカテーテル先端デバイス。
- 前記トランスデューサダイがセンサを含む、請求項1記載のカテーテル先端デバイス。
- 前記トランスデューサがアクチュエータを含む、請求項1記載のカテーテル先端デバイス。
- カテーテル先端デバイスを製造する方法において、
キャリアのアレイを製作するステップであって、前記各キャリアが、ダイ取付け凹部および前記キャリア上に堆積された少なくとも1つの導電性リードを含む、ステップと、
複数のカプセルを固定具に装着するステップと、
前記キャリアのアレイを前記固定具に装着された前記複数のカプセルに挿入するステップと、
少なくとも1つのトランスデューサダイを各前記キャリアの前記ダイ取付け凹部に取り付けるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのトランスデューサダイを各前記キャリアの前記少なくとも1つの導電性リードに相互接続するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つのトランスデューサダイを各前記キャリアの前記ダイ取付け凹部に取り付ける前記ステップが、
前記トランスデューサダイの少なくとも1つの縁部と前記ダイ取付け凹部の外周との間に溝を形成している前記キャリアの前記ダイ取付け凹部内に、前記トランスデューサダイを配置するステップと、
前記溝内に配置される接着剤を供給するステップと、
を含む、請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導電性リードの前記トランスデューサダイへの前記相互接続が、少なくとも1つのボンドワイヤで実現される、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導電性リードの前記トランスデューサダイへの前記相互接続が、フリップ先端技術を使用して実現される、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアのアレイが、成形相互接続装置(MID)技術を使用して製作される、請求項6記載の方法。
