Abstract
【解決手段】炉(10)の内部で金属供給物を溶融するための制御方法であって、金属供給物と蓋を含む炉床(11)を少なくとも有する。その方法では、炉床(11)は、炉床(11)のベースの周辺に沿って配置される複数の計量要素(16)の手段により計量され、複数の計量要素(16)により検出された値は、コントロールユニットに送られ、炉床(11)の内部の金属供給物の分布に関する情報を取得する。

Claims (8)
- 炉(10)の内部で金属供給物を溶融するための制御方法であって、
前記金属供給物および蓋を含む炉床(11)を少なくとも有し、
前記炉床(11)は、前記炉床(11)のベースの周囲に沿って配置される複数の計量要素(16)により計量され、前記複数の計量要素(16)により検出された値は制御ユニットに送られ、前記炉床(11)の内部での前記金属供給物の分布に関する情報を取得することを特徴とする制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記制御ユニットは、前記複数の計量要素(16)により検出された前記値に応じて、前記炉床(11)の内部の前記金属供給物の排出方向を調整することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、
少なくとも4つの前記計量要素(16)を有し、少なくとも前記炉床(11)の軸(13)に対して対称に配置されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記計量要素(16)のそれぞれと、前記炉床(11)の姿勢を水平にするための水平要素(18)とが少なくとも関連付けられ、前記水平要素(18)は、関連する前記計量要素(16)により検出された重量の値により調整されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法であって、
前記計量要素(16)のそれぞれにより検出された重量の値を使用して、前記炉床(11)の姿勢を自動的に調整するステップを少なくとも有することを特徴とする方法。 - 炉(10)の内部で金属供給物を溶融するための制御方法に使用される計量装置であって、
前記炉(10)は、前記金属供給物を含む炉床(11)を少なくとも有し、
前記炉床(11)は、支持プラットフォーム(14)の上に設置された関連支持要素(15)に連結された複数のアンカーブラケット(20)を具備し、
前記炉床(11)は、前記プラットフォーム(14)の前記支持要素(15)に実質的にぶら下げられて配置され、
前記計量装置(16)は、ロードセル(17)または他の類似要素もしくはそれに相当する代替要素のような検出要素(17)を有し、前記検出要素が、前記支持要素(12)の関連する1つに固定されて設置され、牽引状態下で負荷を掛けられることが可能であり、少なくとも前記炉床(11)の内部で金属供給物を排出する動作の間に、前記炉床(11)の重量の変化を検出することを特徴とする計量装置。 - 請求項6に記載の計量装置であって
前記検出要素(17)は、予備較正要素および/または水平化タイロッド手段(18)に関連付けられることを特徴とする計量装置。 - 請求項7に記載の計量装置であって、
前記タイロッド手段(18)は、自動調整手段および自動水平手段に関連付けられることを特徴とする計量手段。
