Description

−装入材料を連続的に予熱するステップと、
−鉄,直接還元鉄又はこれらの混合物を含む前記材料を製錬及び精錬操作するために、電気アーク炉に供給するステップと、
−鉄鋼製造のために槽にスラグを形成する要素を供給するステップと、
−鉄鋼製造のために炉内に浸炭要素(carburizing element)を導入するステップと、
−電極を用いて電気的に装入材料の加熱を行って、装入材料を溶解し、炉内に溶融スラグの層を有する溶融金属の槽を形成するステップと、
−鉄鋼製造中に、前記スラグを泡状態で維持するステップと、
−スラグ形成要素としての金属要素と、浸炭要素とを炉内に供給するステップと、
−装入,製錬及び精錬の全期間において、炉で全電力容量を維持するステップと、
−出鋼前の重量の約10%と30%の間で変わる重量を表す溶融金属の液体ヒールを炉殻内に維持するように、間欠的に炉の出鋼を行うステップと、を備え、
鉄,直接還元鉄又はこれらの混合物を含む材料である装入材料又はスクラップ金属を電気アーク炉に供給するステップは、
−計量装置で、炉殻,その内容物及びそれが支持する部品を計量することにより、槽に追加された装入材料又はスクラップ金属を計量するステップと、
−計量装置により供給される、槽に追加された装入材料又はスクラップ金属の総量の計測読取値を、例えば異なる時間毎にデータ取得するステップと、
−槽への供給エネルギーに応じて、適したアルゴリズムに基づいて、装入材料又はスクラップ金属の供給速度を調整することにより供給フローを最適化するステップと、を備えている。
−内部で金属装入材料を製錬及び精錬する鉄鋼製造のための電気アーク炉と、
−前記炉内で、槽に収容されたスラグのレベルと溶融金属のレベルとの間の中間レベルまで延びる電極と、
−電極の除去なしに前記炉内に装入材料を導入するように前記炉に連結された供給手段と、
−前記供給手段と協働して前記供給手段内の装入材料を予熱するように構成された燃焼後手段と、
−装入材料又はスクラップ金属用の自動制御手段,及びこの自動制御装置と関連して追加装入材料を計測する手段,を有する、供給する装入材料又はスクラップ金属を計測及び制御する手段と、
−供給手段への装入材料又はスクラップ金属の入口部分に設けられた密閉機構装置と、
−槽の通常溶融金属レベルよりも上側及び/又は下側で前記炉と連絡するガス導入手段と、
−スラグ除去及び出鋼操作のために前記炉を傾斜させる手段と、を備え、
前記出鋼するための手段は、前記炉の傾斜が出鋼前の重量の約10%と30%の間で変わる重量を有する溶融液体金属のヒールを前記槽内に維持するように構成されている。

Claims (4)
- 鋼を精錬する方法であって、
装入材料を連続的に予熱するステップと、
鉄,直接還元鉄又はこれらの混合物を含む前記材料を製錬及び精錬用の電気アーク炉に供給するステップと、
鉄鋼製造のために槽にスラグ形成要素を供給するステップと、
鉄鋼製造のために炉内に浸炭要素を導入するステップと、
電極により電気的に装入材料の加熱を行って、装入材料を溶解し、炉内に溶融スラグの層を有する溶融金属の槽を形成するステップと、
鉄鋼製造中に、前記スラグを泡状態で維持するステップと、
金属スラグ形成要素と浸炭要素を炉内に供給するステップと、
装入,製錬及び精錬のために、炉で全電力容量を維持するステップと、
出鋼前の重量の10%と30%の間の重量と等しい重量の溶融金属の液体を炉殻内に維持するように、間欠的に炉の出鋼を行うステップと、を備え、
鉄,直接還元鉄又はこれらの混合物を含む装入材料又はスクラップ金属を電気アーク炉に供給するステップは、
計量装置で、炉殻,その内容物及びそれが支持する部品の重量を計量することにより、槽に追加された装入材料又はスクラップ金属の重量を計量するステップと、
計量装置により供給される、槽に追加された装入材料又はスクラップ金属の総量の重量の計測読取値を、異なる時間毎にデータ取得するステップと、
槽への供給エネルギー及び計測読取値に応じて、装入材料又はスクラップ金属の供給速度を調整するステップと、を備えた方法。 - 炉内への装入材料の供給は連続して行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鉄鋼精錬用の装置であって、
内部で金属装入材料を製錬及び精錬する鉄鋼製造のためのアーク炉と、
前記炉内で、槽に収容されたスラグのレベルと溶融金属のレベルとの間の中間レベルまで延びる電極と、
電極を除去することなしに前記炉内に装入材料を導入するように前記炉に連結された供給手段と、
前記供給手段と協働して前記供給手段内の装入材料を予熱するように構成された燃焼後手段と、
槽への供給エネルギーに応じて装入材料又はスクラップ金属を供給する自動供給制御装置,及びこの自動制御装置と関連して追加装入材料の重量を計測する装置,を有する、供給する装入材料又はスクラップ金属の重量を計測及び制御する手段と、
供給手段への装入材料入口部分に設けられた密閉機構装置と、
槽の溶融金属のレベルよりも上側及び/又は下側で前記炉と連絡するガス導入手段と、 スラグ除去及び出鋼操作のために前記炉を傾斜させる手段と、を備え、
この出鋼するための手段は、前記炉の傾斜が前記槽内の溶融液体金属を出鋼前の重量の10%と30%の間の重量と等しい重量だけ維持するように構成されており、
自動供給制御装置は、前記重量を計測する装置により得られた、追加された装入材料又はスクラップ金属の重量に基づいて、装入材料又はスクラップ金属の供給速度を調整する、装置。 - 炉内への装入材料の供給は連続して行われることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
